Our current fridge had suddenly died and we quickly learned how hard it is to get appliances during a pandemic. Chris was friendly, informative, and made a stressful time for us a whole lot easier. We also had a great experience with our delivery guys. They showed up on time and were very efficient and friendly. In all, a great experience from beginning to end. Thanks Chris! We love our new stove and fridge!

Chris Adams helped us out with our initial questions and gave us the best laundry set to meet our specific needs, Stuart was able to troubleshoot an issue I ran into on my own end, and the drivers that delivered our washer/dryer set were lovely and efficient. I will recommend everyone I know to get appliances from Coast - North Vancouver.

The North Vancouver store was very convenient.
They also had the inventory of microwave ovens so I was able to pick-up at the store and avoid a delivery charge.

All information provided by Chris was accurate and they've certainly lived up to their promises in terms of delivery time and services. Our communication with their service department was smooth and efficient. I like how caring and flexible they are. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dealt with Robin and he was nothing short of spectacular! One month ago my dishwasher broke and he was able to get one delivered in 24 hours. One month later - my range broke and same experience as the first.
Robin was mindful of my budget and provided me with options. Robin is a fantastic Coast Appliance ambassador and ticking off all the boxes one would look for in a salesperson. Knowledgeable, understands urgency, cognizant of budget and made me laugh a few time! (laughing was the bonus) Could be my fridge that will conk out next and when it does, I will only go to one guy....Robin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been loyal customers of this store for decades, first as Colony Home Furnishings, now as Coast Appliances. We avoid big box stores as much as possible. At Coast Appliances we received much better customer care than we would have had we gone elsewhere -- this from all their personnel at every level. Their sales staff were very knowledgable about their products and gave us timely advice about sale prices. They did this and more during a global pandemic and a global supply chain problem. We are both physically handicapped and did all our "shopping" by phone and by computer, but thanks largely to the very helpful Coast Appliance staff, it worked out fine for us. We will continue to recommend them to others and will be back again ourselves as customers.
