★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our work got this for a staff lunch today and it was fantastic! I had the Turkey bacon - perfect spice, great flavor, great price. Their salads were really good as well. Will defs be coming back !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly , with great service and tasty, lovingly presented food. Smooth, flavourful coffee. And they were setting up for St. Patrick’s Day when we were there... complete with live music planned for the evening. They seem to be having fun, and that joyfulness was felt by us as customers, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible new cafe/restaurant in heart of North Vancouver. They have the best cafe I have tried bar none. Also I was told there will be music nights featuring incredibly talented musicians in the future. Had breakfast croissant and was extremely delighted as how delicious it was. Two thumbs up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and healthy! Their sandwiches are stuffed with a healthy proportion of protein and vegetables, making it filling and satisfying! The Buddha bowl is also filled with fresh, quality ingredients! The owner is always extremely kind and goes above and beyond to make sure that their customers leave smiling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to watch a friend perform at the open mic night and loved it. Great little spot. Open mic was good with a mix of music, poems, and original stories.
Friend and I had tea and banana cake and a caramel sea-salt cookie, both treats were exceptionally good.
Will go back to try the main menu at some point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An exceptional cafe! Owners and staff are warm and welcoming, genuinely care about customer service and create homemade yummy food. My favourite is the Buddha Bowl (generous portions) and also enjoy the sandwiches (no skimping on fillings ?) Check it out! Live performances coming soon.
