★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omg the drink she made was terrible ????????. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and there was no cream and no flavour of pumpkin in the cofffee??. If google give an option to rate them in negative i would give them -100 and never recommend to anyone going there. Instead just go to local cafe inside the quay market. Horrible experience and waste of money ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very low quality of service at this location. I think Starbucks is going downhill rapidly! They just prepare something to be sold to their vanishing customers just to sell it and don't think about customer's satisfaction and keeping them. Their associate "Bahar" was an unfriendly one and did not behave us respectfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sth wrong with this location. McDonald’s next door is way better tbh. It’s definitely the worse Starbucks in Metro Van. Last time I asked for a blonde roast. Nothing special but they said they don’t have it. But I know they can actually make a drip coffee. So obviously they hated to do work. Today I asked for a refill. And their Rude lady said no refill because I don’t have the old cup. When I said I can get her the cup now then she said no refill because of COVID. Many excuses just so she doesn’t need to do the work. At the end she gave me the refill, but I feel very unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No food, no toilets for customers, still not allowed to sit down in store, shuts halfway through the afternoon…. Do you even want customers? If you keep the doors locked, you won’t even have to bother serving us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 kids size hot chocolates, 1 of them extra hot and I got charhe $ 1.80 more for the extra hot feature. So let me get this straight, I am gettimg charge a Small Size hot cholate for a Short size one only for making it a bit more warmer??? Really? That's what the barista basically explained to me when I asked him. Thank you but No Thank you.
