J	Jemma Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed I stood in line for almost 10 minutes, gave them my order and they told me it would take 15 minutes to make my drink because they had a lot of orders to make.. if you see customers standing in line for a long time it seems like common sense to advise them of the long wait for drinks, perhaps not everyone has half an hour to wait around for a latte. Very inconsiderate.

She completely forgot about it and when I reminded her she was like oh I was taking care of other orders. She was not. Just standing behind the register and chatting with one of the customer. This place is far worst coffee shops. Need to train employees on customer service also. Coffee Quality: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Ambience 3/5
V	Vignesh Ravi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never go again. Try getting a Hot Chocolate and you will notice that the price they charge is always at least $2 more than the price on the menu. When you ask why the difference, they make you feel really embarrassed and still no concrete reason why the overcharge. I will post the picture with the receipt next time. And it's neither hot nor chocolaty. If not the location, I don't think they would get as many customers here. P.s. I have been to a few other Artigiano cafes and I know they are good!
M	Mark Turnbull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemed like a good tasting cup of coffee. They didn’t have mild or medium roast which is a bit of a bummer. Food selection seemed a bit limited , probably because of the size of the shop. Store is very small and hard to maintain distance even though the local order has been lifted. Didn’t have a dedicated entrance or exit to allow foot traffic to move smoothly. I think if you want a coffee with a view it’s fine but there are at least 3 other coffee shops in the area that might do it better.
J	Jack P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad cup of drip coffee. Overextracted, burnt/bitter roast with about a spoonful of grounds in the cup. My wife waited about 15 minutes for a cup of hot chocolate. It looked like they took forever because one employee was meticulously sanitizing and prepping the whipped cream during the lunch rush while two others were- I wish I was kidding-taking selfies in the back. No wonder they ask you to tip BEFORE you get your drink. tldr: $10.73 for a medium hot chocolate, small unfiltered coffee, and a 15 minute wait.

However, the view and ambience was excellent from their outdoor patio, especially the unshaded portion of the patio in the summer on a sunny day where you are enjoying the sunshine with an unobstructed view of the ocean. The price was below what I was expecting given their location and generous portion sizes.
V	Victoria Shen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit to Caffe Artigiano at The Shipyard, Lansdale Quay Market. The store provides various hot/cold drinks and desserts; the indoor setting is comfortable and cozy. A nice cafe to sit down for a rest and overseeing the seabus come and go.?

The location is awesome, and the ambiance is on point. A great spot to catch up with friends, indoors or on the patio (you can even watch the winter rink!). This spot is very nice and bright and also perfect for having a nice view of the water.
