We had our wedding celebration in August with our close family and friends with Urban Glo doing my bridesmaids & my hair & makeup.
Super relaxed and fun, spectacular results and very happy girls (;
I definitely suggest booking your wedding hair & makeup with Urban Glo! <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing job and experience as always. Lisa is a gem. This is my 4th gel mani and 2nd gel pedi from Lisa. She makes sure everything is perfect every time. One of my gel manis lasted 5 weeks without chips, which is incredible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa, owner & service provider, is professional, yet sweet & personable. It was my first time at Urbanglo, & had a lash lift done. The lounge is esthetically pleasing, clean, & comfortable. I trusted Lisa to do her thing & felt relaxed the during whole experience. Will refer & return for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an appointment at 5pm and we had called to inform Lisa that we were on our way and we were informed to come 5:30pm instead. Arriving at 5:30pm, we were told the previous client was an hour late. I find that ridiculous that they would accommodate to someone who is more than an hour late when they expect their reservations to be punctual. When we arrived at 5:30pm the previous client was still not done and Lisa had wrapped up at 6:15pm with the previous client. She told us she would stay later to accommodate us however it was a Friday night and we had to be somewhere. Thus we did appreciate her offering to stay later then they close however I just find it unprofessional when a business does not uphold punctuality and expect us to be punctual. I would not recommend them. There are many other places on North Vancouver that are punctual!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love UrbanGlo! Tina does the best gel manicure I've ever had. Not only is she fast and efficient, it always looks great and lasts for weeks without lifting or peeling. Lisa, the owner, is knowledgeable about all areas of grooming aesthetics and runs a cheerful and welcoming salon. I highly recommend UrbanGlo Beauty Lounge.

She did a nail extension to my very short nails which then allowed them to grow out, and then several weeks later we did a manicure on my real nails which looks amazing. So many compliments. And she did eyelash extensions which have also had many compliments. highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at this one stop beauty lounge in the heart of North Vancouver. Been here a few times now, and I will continue to come back. Lisa,, who does most services, is very welcoming and personable, making the experience even better. The salon itself is clean and esthetically pleasing. It is on the more pricey side, but what isn't these days?! Services also take a longer time, but Lisa does a good job and ensures you are happy when you leave. Love everything about this place :)
