★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Master colourist (Abril Sotelo) and Master stylist (Anna Parsa) and i had a HORRIBLE experience. I came in with virgin hair of 7 years, wanting to keep my length and get a platinum balayage done. I ended up with a money piece i didn’t ask for, multiple colours in my hair (platinum, strawberry blonde, yellow, orange) due to Abril having to go in the back 3+ times to refill the bleach, leaving uneven blonde tones in my hair. I asked for no golden tones (only ashy) and ended up with mainly golden tones in my hair.
When it was Annas turn to cut and style my hair, she cut off 6+ inches when i said i wanted to keep the length, also giving me a very uneven hair cut. She did not communicate with me in the slightest and when i tried starting conversation she shut me down.
I was then brought to the front for a mini photoshoot and to pay. It costed $580 and i was sold olaplex shampoo and conditioner that was expired. It took 3 days for Abril to send me photos of my hair that she took.
Im very unhappy with my hair and devastated i grew my hair out for so long to have this done to it. I would give it lower than 1 star if i could.

She's transformed my thick, dark, asian hair into the most healthy blonde. I've received thousands of compliments and it has definitely added to my confidence. Do not hesitate to see her!
