I’ve seen people leave this salon multiple times on my way strolls up and down lower Lonsdale, and every time I’ve adored their colour and style - I had to book my first hair app here. The salon, the chats, the laughs and the care shown during my appointment were next level. Honestly, I just had the best experience. Can’t wait to book in for my next appointment already. No cap.

Dora is warm, kind, knowledgeable and really takes the time to listen. I always enjoy having my hair coloured and cut with Dora and I love my new look !! I can't wait to come back :) And I cannot forget the rest of the staff - they are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Would highly recommend her after having gone to a fair few salons in the lower mainland. I appreciate her knowledge and expertise on curly hair as well as her kind energy! I used to have very long healthy hair but I lost a lot of hair due to stress during Covid and life and had to cut it short. I have no idea what to do with short hair. Shanda helped bring my hair back to life and I feel more confident then ever. I can’t be more grateful. ❤️

The atmosphere is amazing and the people are just so kind and welcoming. Amber was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Showed her reference photos of what I was wanting and she made it happen. Completely in love with my hair all over again. Plus her hair is a beautiful vibrant orange colour. Thank you!!!

The receptionists are always friendly, professional and accurate in doing bookings or helping with questions or attending to me when I first arrive. I love my stylist, Bella. She gives me great cuts and really natural looking, low maintenance colour and highlights. Here is a photo I took without waves. When I get a blow out and curls there, they all do the curls the same way, they have been trained in the same technique. I recently learned the don't rent chairs at this salon, which I believe can lead to inconsistencies in quality and service. I have seen another stylist here, (Simran, who was amazing) when mine was not available in the timeline when I wanted to book and that's not something you can do at a salon that rents chairs. The owner Dana is so talented, skilled and creative, she is always doing styles which are displayed on their TV at the washing station. If you want the best unicorn hair in town, ask for Dana, she is award winning and does incredible work.
