She coached me through a values session which really helped me focus my planning for the year ahead and take stock of where I wanted my career to go. She took an approach that had me think critically and creatively about what's important to me both personally and professionally and how that shows up in my day to day. It was a great foundation for further career development.
I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for career planning, career change or any other professional development!

Our bi-weekly meetings consisted of thought exercises and challenging questions. She brought an interesting perspective and level of support that encouraged me to overcome my professional challenges. Andrea is a thoughtful coach and a great listener which is what I needed. She offers great suggestions and asks good hard questions which she follows up on with you to keep you accountable.
