★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose the mid-career service from Resume Target, it is actually very good. The resume writer had an 30 minutes interview with me to understand my previous experiences and started writing. Though the first time it didn't come out as I have expected, it does need some back and forth. So after several times of revision, the resume and cover letter are amazing. The language is beautifully professional, and the contents match my requests. Overall I am fairly satisfied with the experience with Resume Target and I am recommending one of my friends to choose it for her resume writing. I havent' sent out my resume yet, but I think it will turn out pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Resume Target was definitely 5 stars from start to finish. I purchased the basic package as I only required my resume to be updated. My writer assigned was Janini who was patient and dedicated. Janini made amazing notes during our phone interview and transferred all my skillsets onto paper and presented me with a professional level resume and cover letter. There was great communication throughout the draft of my resume. I am extremely pleased with the final resume and cover letter which I feel will provide me with more confidence in applying for the interested job postings.

After years of writing, and rewriting my resume - more times than I would care to count - I never felt like I was really 'hitting the mark'. The way she asked questions about me and my work to better understand what I do - and then incorporated her findings into my resume - she blew me away! My old resume to the new is night and day difference. Yes, it cost a bit - but in my opinion - well worth it! Especially if it helps to land me the right job opportunity. After 2 years, i wanted an update to my resume with more skills acquired in past 2 years. This time, Kevin gave a updated fresh look to my resume and i am pleased with the result, instantly i liked it. Simple, easy and a lot of clarity is reflected after refreshing. Only thing is to provide feedback on initials drafts tgey send you, they need to know what are you looking for, the more they know, the better the result!!!

I bought there services on a recommendation from my brother and boy was it a good decision! I got my resume made by Christine C. who was very professional with the way she made my resume. You could look at the work she did and know she knows her stuff inside out and upside down. The drafts were great and slight minor changes were made to the resume upon my request. The final draft took a little longer than I expected and I was slightly disappointed about that but, then came the best part about this experience (also the reason why this company edges over its competitors). My concern over how much time was taken to build the resume was taken very seriously, Amos Tatys the CEO personally called me to hear my concerns. After listening to what I had to say he apologized for the inconveniences and offered me personal assistance to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service! Honestly, I went from being disappointed in customer service to possibly receiving the best ever! So I 100% recommend their services without even the slightest bit of doubt.

I am a recent graduate and I could have never imagined that it's possible to build my resume in such a beautiful, professional, and elaborate way. Christine took care of me. She really tried to understand what I am passionate about and what experience I have earned so far. I am not very good at selling myself verbally or on paper, but Christine made it very comfortable for me to talk about my strengths, which was perfectly reflected on my resume. Taking down one star because there were a couple of spelling mistakes. Other than that awesome service for affordable price.

Initial communication was good.
Then got confusing. Two people called me.
Locking me in as a customer was a little too blatant and focused vs anything else. I was apprehensive at that moment and should've listened to my instincts. Kept telling sales don't take me as customer if you aren't confident in what you can produce as a whole.
Individual kept using "aha" , when conversing, like someone who been repeating and listening to same spiel day after day. Definitely bored.

Didn't even reply to my email to get a re-do, because I didn't get much traction with their resume . So I assume the guarantee is pure bologna.
Paid around $500.
I would not recommend.

While I can appreciate the follow up, your company already took my money and already lost me as a satisfied customer. The process in your business model was broken at the point of my email being ignored. But at least your company is trying to do something about it. So hats off.
