★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Spa Utopia for my birthday and booked a 75 minute massage . Once I arrived I was blown away with how stunning it looked inside . The decor is absolutely beautiful .
Once I got in, I was taken to the back where I changed into a robe and went into a waiting room and waited for my massage therapist. I noticed when sitting other clients were given water , juice maybe wine and a snack. I was confused because I was not offered anything. Perhaps, I didn’t purchase a big spa package? Many staff walked by and saw I was not offered anything . After waiting 10-15 minutes my therapist came to get me . Her name was Elena and she was a very sweet lady. We started the treatment at 10:30am but I did book for 10:00am. Anyway, I was blown away with how knowledgeable and experienced she was . She told me things about my body that no therapist or chiropractor has explained before . She did certain techniques and was just overall phenomenal. Her education came from Europe and you could tell she was very proud of her work. The treatment was done exactly at 11:30pm and I had booked 75 min massage. I was confused why it ended early. I also noticed that Elena likes to chat about the body during the treatment but I rather have been explained after the treatment so I could relax and enjoy it.
Overall I have to say the spa experience was ok. I was definitely expecting a wow factor . Maybe I will try Langley or Pan pacific next time .

Nice and clean facility, friendly staff, great service provided by RMT.
Prices have gone up by 15% since the pandemic started (March 2020), so 50 min. Utopia Classic Swedish massage will cost you $175 CDN (was $150). Reduced amenities, snacks and drinks (tea, juices, etc.) are no longer available unless you ask.
Not sure Spa Utopia has the competitive advantage given that their service is more expensive with less amenities/benefits vs. other massage places.

Everytime I went there I enjoyed the whole experience.
Staffs are very professional and great at what they do. Mark S, was my therapist and he listened to my request and helped me feel very relaxed and happy at the end. He made sure in every step that I'm feeling comfortable, and gave some great stretch tips at the end.
Highly recommend Spa Utopia.

Booked a couple's massage. Treatment itself was very enjoyable; however, they took us in separately at first despite my specific request (which was accepted) to be in the same room - it's a couple's massage after all. That took a few minutes shaved off of our already ludicrously priced massage. What annoyed me the most was what I saw when I got home - I was charged an enviro fee, what the hell is that? I have not seen that in any other spas I have been to. Another money grab. I don't mind spending money on goods or services that add value to me, but this additional charge was a dirty play. Will not be returning to any Spa Utopias.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great experience at Spa Utopia this weekend! I did the spa day for two with my mom and it was amazing! We did the two Swedish massages and two Pedicures. And loved our RMT’s and nail techs. We highly recommend this spa to anyone who wants to have a relaxing ? day without leaving the city. Ladies at the front desk are super friendly as well.
