She is a true artist with scissors and for the first time in my life I am not scared or nervous to get my hair cut. Fact is, she cares. She cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. And that shows. From the moment I put my hair in her hands, from the epic hair wash head massage to the cut and style, it's 5 star service and 10/10 quality. I've never been happier with my hair and now, I don't even need to ask/tell her what I want or need. I walk through the door and say "Olga, have fun!" For someone who grew up dreading haircuts, its a whole new world when you find "the one". Thanks Olga!!!

Love all the beautiful plants and natural light. Very close to Lonsdale Quay. Sergio is definitely a people person and he’s also a seasoned traveller = great conversation :)
M	Marco Signifredi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a couple of good haircuts with Sarah and I though to have found my new hairstylist. Unfortunately on the third cut, it turned out pretty bad. Even my girlfriend was shocked how bad it was. But everyone makes mistakes so I figured I would see if she could fix the cut. I was about to leave the country for a couple of weeks during the Christmas period and I needed a fix so I contacted Sarah right away and she was able to accommodate me for a new appointment a few days later, just a few hours before the departure of my flight. She fixed the cut really well and I left the salon both relieved and happy with the final result. So, one month later I decided to book again an appointment with her but, the day before the appointment, she refused my request without explanation. I contacted the salon for clarification and they replied that Sarah didn't feel confident doing my hair and they recommend me to change my styling (???). I asked for clarification but they never responded. I don't feel this is the way to treat clients, especially over a mistake that had been fixed. I feel they are punishing me for no reason, I merely stated my concerns as a client. Very unprofessional.

Sergio did my makeup for my wedding and he did an excellent job too. I live in North Delta and I am not worried about going to North Vancouver for my haircut, because I know it will have a good result and I will leave happy, I highly recommend Sergio's services.

They way she colours blondes makes it look so natural, it grows out fantastically. My hair cuts and blow outs are always top notch.
