Her communication with me about what we were going to do, checking in on my comfort level, letting me know how long for my hair to process etc. great scalp massage too!! She offered me the option to have more blonde highlights if I found my colour too dark. I will be getting the xtra highlights. She was lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time client booked a hair colour with Anna. Booking price online said $65 go to pay at the till and the receptionist says $125 I’m like huh? She’s like yes for the colour used weight in grams I’m like what? Nothing was discussed with me. I said I’m not paying that as nothing was discussed with me from the beginning of appointment also booked for express blow dry with hair colour and a blonde girl came up to me while I was being blow dried and said didn’t you just book in for the express dry, that’s just to take the moisture out of your hair not to smooth, I don’t know their terminology so I said all I asked was for a middle part and some minimal frizz. Very poor communication between various stylists safe to say I will not be back! I have never felt so horrible leaving a salon before ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first haircut since Covid began and I am ecstatic! Jaime went above and beyond my expectation and gave me a cut a absolutely adore. She took my request and made my wishes come true. I will definitely be returning to get my hair cut by her in the future. Thanks again Jaime!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Christie did a great job of cutting my hair. I had a bad haircut from somewhere else. She took her time and listened. The scalp massage was so relaxing and the warm towel and hand moisturizer upon check in was a nice bonus. I’m very happy.

Helped me choose a color we could work with as my hair was 3 different colors including black box dye ? she made my hair look like a totally different head of hair in the best way possible! Highly recommend her! Thanks again Britt!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to get rid of a ton of length, but other than that didn't have a super clear idea of what I wanted, and Christie communicated with me so well! We figured out what I wanted, and she did the cutest bob. It's one of my favorite haircuts I've ever had; chic and flattering. She understood my hair really well, she was quick, and on a personal level, such friendly and engaging conversation. I will absolutely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time here and I must say it was an exceptional experience right from the front door on. Super welcoming staff, it felt comfortable right from the start. Kelsey was amazing and did such a fantastic job on my cut and color. Explaining things to me all along the way as I am not really a big fan of getting my hair done. She made it seamless and comfortable for me. I will definitely be back for my pre-booked appointment in May! Thanks so much for the great experience!
