I have been coming here to see Hazel for years now. My nails always look amazing. She has been the only tech i have had that knows how to work with really curved apex nais (they look like claws when the grow out) yet Hazel is able to get them to look straight. Her Nail art is to die for. I will Recommend to everyone. John is always polite to and always comes by to talk

I went to Tiffany Nails for the first time today, and I have found my new favorite nail salon! The attention to detail they give is absolutely amazing. I could not be happier with my nails!

I came here yesterday and when I left I wasn’t 100% happy with my nails so I called them and I told them how I felt and I asked if I could come back today and they said I could. When I got there, they were extremely friendly about it and Tiffany fixed my nails for free. I really appreciate that and I’m so happy with my nails now! Thank you guys so much.

I am very disappointed in my visit here, I left with my natural nails on my hand ruined. I went in for a pedicure and a manicure and wanted the polish taken off my fingers (it was on at an event I never wear any normally) and asked for the cuticles to be done. She went to file the top and I said several times its only polish and she insisted so I assumed it was a mild buffer and assumed she knew what she was doing. I was also a little distracted by getting my toes done. She went to put tinfoil on as you would shellac and I had to really get insistent that it was only polish. I looked at my nails and she had used a super aggressive file and they were buffed way down. Two managers came over and both said they were fine and only looked weak because they had been in the water, you could visibly see they were buffed down. The manager said that I told her it was gel and I know I specifically told her it was not, but that is why the girl was using the process to remove gel but she really was not paying attention or she would have realized especially with my questioning. She did feel really bad once she realized. They said they would put nail envy on it and it would be 'fine'. When we went to leave the manager said that she would give me $5 off a bottle of nail envy but still charged us for all our services. I tried to be understanding knowing there is a language barrier, but my nails will take a long time to grow out, they look terrible and I don't dare buff out the grooves as they will already be weak. The manager had the opportunity to provide better customer service by not charging me for the manicure rather than giving me $5 off a $25 product I HAVE to buy because my nails are ruined, and I hate having anything on my nails as it is. We still provided gratuity because thats the type of people we are, but we will not be going back.

The staff is great but unfortunately their shellac manicures do not last more than 6 days before they chip. I’ve had a French shellac manicure from Tiffany’s twice and both times they have chipped after 6-7 days. I called in to get them fixed and they were nice enough to schedule me in, however I didn’t end up going back in to get them fixed as I didn’t have the time. Plus, normally when I get a shellac French manicure it lasts up to 3 weeks, and I don’t have to go in to get it fixed. Perhaps go here for their gel manicures but not the shellac. I’ve had multiple friends have a good gel manicure from here.

I am a long term customer of tiffany nails. But today I was disappointed. Tiffany was doing my nails and I told her one nail was crooked... she looked at it and said no, just wait and see until the end of the session. Then at the end of the session she said "see it's better now". I just said yes to not argue. I should be leaving the salon with clean nails but instead I left with a crooked nail..... as well as product leftover under my fingers and on my cuticle.

I’ve been going to this place for years now and I absolutely adore them! Today though, was extra amazing! I got the deluxe pedi with gel and it was the best experience so far! Mia was amazing abs she took extra care of my feet (which were in horrible shape). Anyone says anything negative about this place is obviously a Karen because I have had nothing but consistent great experiences here.
