Professional staff, friendly warm atmosphere and great results. Kim did my friends nails (red) and Sam did mine (6ft apart of course). Will definitely be going back!

Everytime we've been we've had a very good experience. Friendly, careful aestethicians. My feet feel great with callous removed, and look so much better.

I normally go somewhere else to get my nails done but I was looking for a salon that would accommodate me and my bridal party. I heard lots of great things about this place so I decided to give it a try and boy did they exceed my expectations! Kimmi really knows her stuff and will make color and design recommendations which were really helpful. The salon itself was very clean and they were very good with their covid guidelines. We had the place to ourselves and they let us celebrate with a toast. It was a nice relaxing experience to share with my bridal party during an otherwise crazy wedding week!

Excellent customer service. Hannah and Midori are fantastic artist. Facility is clean and fees are reasonable. parking is free and I did not have to wait long. definitely come back.

The owner, Kim, and her staff are experts at performing nail services, the new massage chairs are so relaxing, and their tools & this salon are impeccably clean. I've been getting pampered at Pink Magnolia almost since its doors opened 15 years ago. Kim, Hanna, Linh, and Midori are friendly, pay attention to detail, and are careful (other salons can be rough). I love their pedicures! I usually ask Kim to do some free-hand nail art -- cherry blossoms in Spring, snowflakes in Winter! I always feel like a million bucks after getting my nails done there.

I used to love this place (I was a regular years ago and have left glowing reviews before) but the quality of their service has taken a huge dive. The last few times I went my nail tech was extremely rude, yanking my hand around and twisting my fingers painfully, catching my skin in the electric file, and sighing at me and then aggressively talking to her coworkers when I asked for an adjustment to the shape, which made me too uncomfortable to speak up when I was not happy with the quality later. They use cheap plastic nail tips that lift and crack and are really only suitable for a single use. Most recently, my nail tech tried to blame me for the nail tips not being strong enough to withstand her nail sander and chipping apart. When she had to replace them, she pried the old nail off with another tip rather than taking the time to remove them properly, destroying my natural nails underneath. She was going to leave my natural nail growth (with the jagged, torn edges) under the new tips, and I had to trim my nails myself before she applied the new ones. Her coworker had applied a tip crooked and she played it off as my finger being crooked—funny, it wasn’t crooked when I walked in but yet again she wanted to put the blame on me rather than admit their own mistake. At the end of my service, I walked out with uneven nails (in length and shape), a crooked fingernail, tips that were all painted different shapes and twice as thick as I asked for, and nail glue sticking my skin to my nails, while feeling frustrated and too embarrassed to speak up as every time I had gently asked about fixing the shape I was rudely shut down and gossiped about. Kim has always been great and I will miss coming to her, but her staff member with an attitude problem and no attention to detail has totally turned my off the entire business.

Okay I just had the best pedicure ever here. Hannah was amazing! She was SO thorough, paid attention to every little detail, even used this new dead skin shaver thing that worked so well - my feet feel amazing. Everything was completely painless as well (sometimes places can be a little rough with the cuticle cutters). Then I got switched off to the owner (not sure her name) and she was so funny and personable. She was able to do a challenging high-rounded French tip (by hand!) and made the neon yellow really pop (and they even glow in the dark :D). Even though I can be a little picky, she was so professional and gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this spot!

I’m in love with the way my nails turned out! If you want a design done, I recommend going here :) great price, great colours, great outcome. I’m ready for my trip down south now.
