All technicians are supper friendly and talented and the manager is supper caring and wants to make sure every client has a great experience. Paula (manager) encourages clients to give feedbacks and takes all feedbacks very seriously. All said, today I had the most AMAZING experience at noir lash lounge. I got my lashes done by Felicia literally 10 minutes ago and I was SHOCKED by the result. My lashes are even fuller than when I got fresh full set previously. Normally a fill is 30 minutes but she spent 1 HOUR on my lashes. I have never been this happy with the result. I never post reviews on google but she is so so so worth it. Go to Felicia and you’ll know what I mean. Even though all technicians are great, personally I’ll never go to anyone els. She did so much more than she had to and I appreciate that so much. GO TO NOIR LASH LOUNGE, GO TO FELICIA AND YOU WONT REGRET IT.
M	Mishka Erhardt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for a removal and a new set of lashes. I brought a photo of the style of lashes I was wanting and made sure the technician could provide me with this. The answer was yes, so I was expecting what I was requesting. The lashes I left with were nowhere near close to the photo and I was charged more for a "Volume" set. When I spoke to management they basically said the possite and told me my lashes are volume and there was nothing that could be done to compensate my displeasement. The way this situation was handled was poor at best. If you are looking for quality service and respect as a paying customer - Go somewhere else!

My lashes still look great 2.5 weeks later. Can’t wait for my fill. I went with Noir Lash Lounge because lashes are their only service. Eyes are a sensitive place. You have to trust someone gluing onto your eyes. You really don’t need to worry here!
K	Kina Bennett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I got our lashes done here for the very first time, my mum got eyelash extensions although she wanted them very natural looking and her tech named "Cara" did that perfectly for her - my mum was very happy. A lady named "Paula" did an eyelash lift for me and walked me through each step she was doing to make me feel comfortable. Both ladies were super nice, friendly, and had great customer service when I called to book and appointment and answered all my questions. Thank you!!! Recommend this place :)

Kyla gave great advice on what lashes to get, and my lashes look awesome. Overall loved it! I highly recommend. Update: Anita is an angel, so fun to talk with, great way to start my day today:)

If you sign up for their newsletter, sometimes you get discounted sets like 20%off if you book on specific dates , totally worth it!
