I pick up my medication from this location, The pharmacy staff and crew are very professional and knowledgable. I really like how central this establishment is also how quick and effortless the transaction is every time. Also gotta give them props and credit for always dealing with petty thief especially after covid people just walk around and steal very unfortunate. Thank you to all frontline workers. ??

Clean store and great staff, but Marnelli is the real reason for this post. She made a huge impression by going over and above with a great attitude and nothing but smiles! If there was ever someone that deserved a promotion and/or raise, it’s Marnelli! Thank you!

Completely unprofessional β€” I called ahead a few days to ensure I could get passport photos taken They tried to get a 16 year old in training to do them then after all the photos were taken I was told there was a small handwritten note saying they were out of photo paper…. Being on a tight schedule and working with my guarantors availability this completely threw off everything! My question is why doesn’t management make sure their staff is educated on weather they can or can’t do something and maybe don’t leave it up to a sweet but inexperienced employee for something that is government

This has to be the creepiest Shopper's branch I've been to. Whenever there's a guard, he would stare at the customers shopping and all the way to the exit as if every customer is a criminal. I feel so uncomfortable with this branch that I stopped going there for a few months and when I visited again, I was hit with the same experience. Avoid this branch if you don't want to be treated badly.

Terrible place if you go in later at nite! I go into this place often, day and nite! I went in here after getting food to go from a local restaurant, I wanted to pick up popped, I did have a backpack on and the security guard and two other people kept close eyes on me! And when I went to check out, no cashier so I used the automated machines and the security guard watched me closely! I understand there needs this security, but you have a detection post as you leave, the security could have been by the door or what ever! And please shoppers don't respond giving your phone number to give more info! I have given it!

I ran into your store in a massive rush to get my visa photos taken. Your staff member - Marnelli realized I was in a hurry without being told. She dropped what she was doing to be able to help me, grabbed her camera and got my photos done very promptly. I was in and out of your store within 5 mins. Massive props to your staff :)

Horrendous customer service. I tried to return a beauty product I had purchased the day before b/c it tasted and smelled awful. I was told no by the grey haired lady at the front cash because I had opened it. She said I can't return something 'just because I don't like it'. Isn't that the whole reason for all returns? She said b/c of Covid it can't be re-sold. Well I should hope that any returned beauty items don't go back on the shelf! But apparently that's what they do at this location? Good to know. I have worked in retail and any returned items were marked as damaged and thrown away. I told her I have returned beauty items before but she still refused and said I shouldn't have opened it. She said it was 'store policy', which is not true b/c nowhere on the Shoppers website does it state that any opened item of any kind (food, beauty etc) cannot be returned. It's not on the list of return exemptions. After me enlisting help from another staff member, now the problem became my receipt. They wouldn't accept the receipt I had printed from my email, only a cash register receipt. I told them that I purchased the item through self checkout and selected 'email receipt'. So basically anyone who selects that option at self checkout is not able to use that receipt to return anything? Nowhere does it state that when checking out. I feel like they were just making up 'rules' as they went along. They then started speaking to each other in their language right in front of me so I couldn't understand what they were saying. They finally agreed to return the item 'because I had been there for so long' (who's fault was that?). I thanked the second staff member for her help but she continued to be act rudely. Why should a customer be forced to go through all this just to return a small item? I can't remember the last time I was treated so poorly in a store. I shop at this location several times per week but will not be back.
