A	Ankit Ponnappa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the creepiness scale, this store is the definitive authority. I’m assuming creeps from around the world come here to learn how to creep out their customers. The security followed me into the more private sections to a point where I ended up not buying what I wanted. Congratulations on setting a benchmark, you deserve it. Edit: To the owner recommending that we call the shoppers drug mart hotline; You have the information to deal with the issue, deal with it. We understand that the purpose of the response is to make it look like you’re taking action, but you probably won’t. My acquaintances and I will take our business elsewhere.

Several times my Dr has faxed in prescriptions and they "don't" come through, or it gets lost in their paperwork. Last time my Dr said he got no errors and a confirmation on his side. I even had a prescription go missing during refill and took a significant amount of time to find. I called it in the day before, and once they found it, it hadn't even been filled yet. Staff is super friendly though.

I felt so comfortable. I can’t describe how good she was. She helped me find everything I needed as well having the most loving personality! I definitely recommend and I think I know where I’ll be shopping all the time!
J	Jacquie Nowlan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store on Jan 31, 2022 to have heart medication prescriptions filled. Medication to keep me from having another stroke. I had 3 different prescriptions. The amounts were supposed to be for 30 days each. The counts were way off.. I phoned and supposedly will have the rest delivered tomorrow. I sent an email complaint to the store with no response. I will not go to this Shoppers Drug Mart again. They confirmed that the technician made the error in counts. Counting to 30 should not be that hard. Do not trust this pharmacy if you need life saving prescriptions filled properly. I wouldn't even trust them to buy a jar of Vitamin C! To the reply of the owner: I phoned the number and launched my concern three days ago. So far, no one has followed up with me.

M	Margot Ware on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! The 13th & Lonsdale Shopper Drug Mart STEALS from its customers. Experience #1: We requested our 2 regular prescriptions be refilled. When we got home, we noticed they filled 3 prescriptions, the third which not only did we not request be refilled, we have not used in almost two years. When we brought the untouched prescription and receipt back, we were told they would not refund the money. Basically, they told us it was our problem as we didn’t notice at the time we picked up our prescriptions that they’d taken it upon themselves to fill and charge us for a medication we did not request and do not use. This is basically theft. Experience #2: We went to buy #2032 batteries and took the package off the hanger for #2032 batteries but did not notice until 5 minutes later when we returned to the office that we had purchased #2025 batteries. We returned less than 10 minutes later and politely explained that the 2025s had been hanging where the 2035s were supposed to be and we’d just like to exchange the unopened package of 2025s for a 2035. The alleged manager would not exchange them stating although we had the receipt, he did not know that we’d purchased them at that store – despite the receipt clearly showing that we had. He insisted we could have bought them elsewhere, not a Pharmasave, and were now trying to return them to this store.
