★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roberto and the other staff go above and beyond the care and explanations one would get at other standard pharmacies like Shoppers Drug Mart or London Drugs. Also the range of medicines they carry and have access to is above what other pharmacies carry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compounded medications for my dog for several months. Always helpful and understanding staff, quick service. I had medications mailed to me due to the fact it is quite a long drive for me to pick up in person. They arrived fairly quickly for a reasonable cost.

They are extremely knowledgable and very empathetic towards the pressures their clients are under. We highly recommend them and would offer six stars if it was an option!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Northmount a few months ago due to the fact they are able to compound and provide a medication that is for managing epilepsy in dogs and is hard to come by in the lower mainland. They even shipped! Which was great since I live 40 minutes away by car. I felt I could rely and trust them.
That being said, I unfortunately have to write a low star review and warning.
I called in a week in advance to request a refill for my dog. This was to allow for time to compound and ship. This is all the time they asked for before. I had called in a couple days before my dogs meds ran out to check in and they said they were shipping the meds that day. Cutting it close but all good. The meds never arrived and unfortunately when I called in to see if they had a tracking number, they admitted they had never even sent the meds.
Unfortunately, this mistake caused me needing to take time off work to pick up the meds the next morning, and for the rest of the day due to the next part of this story. This mistake also left my dog without medication for a day and resulted in him having multiple seizures, one leaving him with ataxia bad enough for him to need an unecessary overnight stay in emergency and leaving me with a unecessary $1000 bill.
I will be seeking another pharmacy closer to home, but if you continue to use this location, it may be worth refilling two weeks in advance and double checking the shipping status.
