★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quantum Hearing has exceptional customer service with far reasonable prices than competitors.
My appointments were always a pleasant experience. The audiologist(Dr Attaee) who fitted both my ears was friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry. He was through in all aspects of the examination and fitting of the hearing aids.
My basis of comparison is two other famous Vancouver hearing centre and the last 6 years support after sale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mom and I came to Quantum clinic knowing my mom’s hearing was suffering from faulting on both ears, she was diagnosed previously in Europe, and was prescribed a pair of hearing aid, but she had rejected them and reluctant to use them just because of not knowing how to handle them and the fact that elderly mentally not easily accepting hearing aids.
Dr. Ataee with patience and perseverance end up spending several sessions (hours) with my mom to make her mentally ready as well as thoroughly making sure she knows how to handle them and truly like them. My mom has not gone out of her room without her hearing aids ever since …

I was able to understand the value of getting hearing aids (memory, brain function, etc) and how to care for them. They followed up to review how things were going ( no charge) with no pressure to buy anything. Definately would recommend.

On a recent visit to make some adjustments, he was able to see me very quickly and provide the necessary service at no charge. I highly recommend Quantum Hearing Clinic.

We have a complex wireless sound system in our home which requires knowledge and patience to make it adaptable to the hearing aids. This was all done by Dr. Ataee to our utmost satisfaction for which we are immensely thankful.
Quantum Hearing Clinic and Dr. Ataee. are highly recommended.
