★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Audiologist was condescending and impatient. There was no sense of compassion and it felt like I was just an inconvenience. Will never return with this nonexistent level of service.... 2 stars because the receptionist was at least nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent upwards of $200 on a pair of custom made earplugs for sleeping that don't actually block out any noise. I was told that "some noise" would still come through, such as dogs parking and alarms going off. They don't block out ANYTHING. I told the fellow who assisted me that I was dismayed because I would expect that an expensive product made for sleeping would at least block out a bit of noise. He basically told me that I'm out of luck and that they're not going to do anything to help me. I'm extremely dissatisfied and felt like I was lied to. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have had many hearing aids made over the years and all of them (over 7) had feedback whenever covered by headphones or clothes or when I lied on a pillow. This hearing aid (I only wear one) has never had feedback and works great. The receptionist is fantastic. The audiologist is not someone I could really connect with/relate to but I am not hear to look for friends. He is knowledgable and took good care of me

I recall giving the receptionist a hard time due to my own denial of needing hearing devices... she was also fantastic staying calm and pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was friendly and casual environment. Ramon was honest and sincere. He helped me greatly in selecting the correct and custom fit the device settings.
The best part was when he was in doubt with a feature I wanted he did not hesitate to call the suppliers customer service for clarification. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ramon was most helpful and gave exceptional service. He served my mom, who is 75 years old and had been in denial of her 'profound' hearing loss. He spent a lot of time with her, forgoing his lunch hour to adjust her aids, test and then fine tune everything until she was happy. He downloaded the App for her and explained how to use it. My mom's English is not great, but he was patient and very caring. We were actually planning to return the hearing aid, due to poor service from another location, but Ramon happened to be filling in on that day. After our time with Ramon, my mom had full confidence in her hearing aids and was hearing MUCH better; he meticulously fixed all of the incorrect settings. He even showed her how to connect the accessories to her TV and ensured that she knew how to use the functions on her iPhone. We were in awe of his level of service and felt bad that we hadn't purchased the hearing aids originally from him.
