Definitely a 1 star for the same reason as Anita and Hardeep. Scheduled a phone call session Danica Jeffrey, gave them insight into fb business account and no follow up. If this is a new way to grab data for purposes that I am not aware of, I will straight up file a lawsuit. I have enough money to do business with them, and I'm not scared of putting this money towards a lawyer if needed. I have all the time and resources in the world to do this. They built up great momentum with their own ad that they launched themselves. Either they were... 1) never credible to begin with Or 2) they made such a successful campaign for themselves that they are flooded with new customers and can't manage new leads Or 3) they're gathering data/statistics/info for reasons stated otherwise in which business owners did not approve or are aware of. Either way, there was no communication afterwards. #sorrynotsorryforpostingaharshreview Edit: I dont know how to reply to your comment but there was no follow up when i had followed up with your representative Danica Jeffrey. Here is the whole story: - Thursday January 18 Call was set up on January 18 - it was a great call! Call ended up with your representative Danica Jeffrey saying that they will email me some info regarding how to proceed with audit. - Friday January 19 I did not hear back from representative Danica Jeffrey. So I texted them January 19 to follow up. -Monday January 22 *Found out on this date that your representative Danica Jeffrey sent it to the wrong company/email address. (Okay fine, I'll let this slide) *Finally receive email in inbox at 2:06pm (MT time) *I tried to follow the instructions on setting up Facebook audit and it seemed to work. I then emailed back to your representative to let them know that I have attempted this. This was sent at 2:19pm (MT time) -Monday January 23 *Received an email from your respresentative at 12:21pm (MT time). They replied with: "I am not seeing you just yet - but will take another look and let you know." After their email, I never ever heard back from the representative or this company ever again regarding the audit status. I even emailed back on January 31 4:11pm (MT time) saying "Ok, let me know." Still, never heard back from this representative/company until submitting this google review. This company is saying that they were never granted access to audit... I am looking at my Facebook Business Manager page and it says that they are set up as a "Partner" with admin functions (ie. page analyst, etc.) Your company said that you had tried to "get in touch to conduct further conversation with you and didn't hear back" is also bs. I can show you all the screenshots of email / text and you can tell me if that's me not being responsive or if that's your company who just didn't bother to respond and/or made no effort to do so. I don't really know at this point, where or how the communication disappeared, but it certainly disappeared somewhere on your company's end. Honestly, a simple apology would have been okay, but to totally distort the truth and put it on me that I am the one who wasn't being responsive (when in reality, I've been dying to hear back from your company) is NOT AT ALL okay. After dealing with this company through Facebook messenger (not sure if this is Christine or a different leader/manager), there is definitely something wrong with this company in its entirety. I'm usually for supporting Canadian businesses since I am Canadian myself, but I'm definitely at a loss for words for Crisp. I don't see them including the business name of other people who also gave them poor reviews. I requested for my business name to be taken off of the comment made by them in my review, and they refused to do so. They would only take off my business name "Wanderlust Coutures" if I deleted my entire review which would in hand delete their comment that contained my business name. Super messed up that they will not grant this kind of privacy when you have specifically requested for it. So watch out guys! Not a kind entity to work with.

Stay away from this company. They took my company information including revenue and cpa info, expecting them to put a proposal together they failed to follow up at all after I added them to my FB ad account so they could analyze my data. They continue to act like they did no wrong. Shameful company. Stay away. Christine had her friends post positive reviews just after I posted this. #fraud

Christine and her team worked tirelessly on a short timeline to help us strategize and deliver effective ads for BC Buy Local Week in 2017. They kept in constant contact about how the ad strategy was constantly being tweaked according to uptake, and provided measurable results to us and our partners immediate following. They really went above and beyond and I recommend them highly.
