M	Massimo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Package was sitting in warehouse for two days. Called DHL, they said it must have been missed. Still have no received package after 2 days, and package was not picked up for delivery again on day 2. Terrible service. Cleared custom and in warehouse on June 22nd. June 24 and still no package.
Y	Yuko Takeoka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think I've encountered every mishap possible with DHL. There hasn't been a single delivery where something didn't go awry. I'll spare the details. I'm too tired to recount it as I just did to some friends who were already aware of how bad DHL is.... god I wish I complained about it sooner. Coulda saved me time, sanity, and money! T-T No offense to businesses --especially if they're fairly new and unaware of DHL's infamy(?)-- but I think I'll avoid ANY business that partners/uses DHL's services from here on out.

I called immediately to see if it was still possible to have my package delivered and was told that they would do it if there was time that day and otherwise it would be delivered on Tuesday (today). I received an email confirming rescheduled delivery for Tuesday. This morning I receive a message that my package is out for delivery. After a few hours I then receive a message that my package is ready for pick-up at their downtown location. I have been home all day and no attempt was made to deliver. I call immediately again to tell them that I already spoke to someone on Friday who assured me my package would be delivered today. They tell me someone will call me in a few hours to sort it out. An unfriendly person calls me back and offers no explanation for why there was no delivery attempt. Told me if I want my package delivered I won't get it for another 3 days because it has to be sent back to Richmond first. Is very pushy about how I should go and pick it up. I shouldn't have to get it myself in order to fix their mistake but I didn't want to be stuck in an argument with someone who didn't want to offer any other solution. I have never had a good experience with DHL. This is not the first time I've had skipped deliveries. I will not buy from another company that ships with DHL again. Not worth the headache.
G	Gareth Lloyd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They overcharge you with their "processing fee". They want $45 dollars for one item of clothing from europe. Royal mail charged only $15. I will go out of my way to not have to use DHL again.

I went to ask why my package was returned and Nobody knows anything it's the last time I use DHL and I have to pay shipping again. I don't understand why they need my ID just send. If you are going to order something from Japan, do not use this company.
T	Takuya Kimura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scheduled delivery didn't arrive then they tell me i wasn't home. i was home ALL DAY. didn't get contacted about anything. got tossed between phone reps more than 6 times. nobody was helpful. dhl exists to get paid to waste your time. update: this review was for a different package months ago. i called the number ON YOUR SITE. As direct as it can get. i found out i was getting another delivery from dhl the exhaustion came back. yeah. no. Not gonna change my review.
B	Basil AlSarraf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and they’ve assured me my parcel was headed back to the sender since I’m leaving town and they didn’t deliver in time. They still delivered and without a signature just dropped the parcel at the front door.
A	Azim Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a personal representative who helps me as we own a business. I get 40-50% off, however DHL prices are still quite high. The best part of delivering packages is they get to my designated destinations quickly. Fiji Island and NZ receive packages in less then a week.
