★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking to get a short haircut since it was getting messy and I wasn’t disappointed! Kate took great care of my needs, she was very professional and friendly, i didn’t feel any anxiety during my visit and that’s amazing considering i have pretty bad anxiety! I would definitely recommend this place, and Kate definitely is a very talented professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my son's hair dyed here, we sent photos of what he wanted, explained what he wanted, sent pictures of his hair beforehand so they could see the length. He asked for a bright purple, he got a muddy, ugly purple/blue that fell out fast except where they actually bleached the roots. That part to this day is still bright blue. They were supposed to run the bleach all the way through and didn't. It also took much longer than we were originally told this it cost more. I told them my son is Autistic and was unlikely to speak up ( hence all the pictures sent beforehand ) in the end, we were charged $290 for the worst dye job I've ever seen. He wanted to get out of there because he was overstimulated so I paid and left. Within 2 weeks most of the dye vanished. I texted them and told them what happened and they never responded. Will never go back.

Everything from the straightforward online booking, confirmation texts, and no pressure environment in the salon is everything an anxious gal could ask for. I can truly say Deanna has transformed how I feel about my own hair. I'm so glad to continue rebookingand excited to continue my style journey here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am beyond happy that I have found an amazing spot to get my hair done. The woman behind the desk was very welcoming both over the phone and in person. Having a welcoming first point of contact is important to me and I had actually called 10-15 other salons prior to booking with East Vanity Parlour. A big part of why I chose this Parlour was because of the welcoming receptionist. Now for the awesome hair stylist: Amanda. She did a fantastic job with my hair - I couldn't be happier. I honestly have never left a salon feeling 100% happy with my hair. This was a first today and my husband even confirmed Amanda did a great job. When I arrived home he said he hasn't seen my hair this beautiful before! Big thank you to Amanda! I will happily driving the 30 minutes to this salon every 8 weeks to get my hair done (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bailey is an amazing stylist who went above and beyond to create a look that is perfect for me. I had an idea of what I wanted, and she took the time to ask questions and make suggestions so that she could cut my hair in a way that perfectly framed my face, worked with my natural hair texture, and could be easily styled day to day. I will definitely be returning for my next cut.
