I have always enjoyed going to this salon! It all started when I moved to The Woodlands-Grandview neighborhood. I wanted to support a local business for my waxing. Now that I have found this place, I don’t go anywhere else. Best prices around and I always enjoy visiting. It’s very welcoming and comfortable. The lovely woman that owns the business treats you like family! Following a few visits, I decided I really wanted to get my hair curled for a dinner because it had been so long since I had a nice style done for me due to the pandemic… And not going out much! She did such a beautiful job on my curls. They were sectioned out perfectly and lasted forever. I love supporting this local business plan to continue.

I've gone to Naaz twice now to have my eyebrows threaded and both times she has done an amazing job. She's the loveliest woman ever too! Absolutely recommend her!

Always a really wonderful experience with Naaz. She's so friendly and kind and most importantly she does a great job every time! She straightened my hair when it was out of control... she takes her time and is extremely thorough and precise. I love coming here... for the laughter and conversation too!

This place seems like it would be good for waxing and hair, however, I would not recommend for nails. I scheduled a gel mani and regular polish pedi. I arrived about 5 mins late and still there was a wait to begin my appointment. I started selecting polish colours - there were few to choose from. About 100 colours in total which isn't much in comparison to other locations. I continued to wait and was offered eye brow tinting and waxing while I waited. The lady was very friendly and lovely. My eye brows look great! She gave me $10 off this service. After about 30 minutes I realized that their was only one person doing nails in the salon and she was currently working on someone else. I started soaking my feet and sat for another 30 mins until she had completed the pedicure that was a head of me. I was then told that they were short staffed as someone didn't show up to work that day. After waiting for 1-hour to start doing my nails I was now in a time crunch as I had another appointment to get to in 1-hour. When I booked the appointment I made sure to confirm that a 2-hour window would be plenty of time for the mani-pedi. With one hour to complete both treatments she got to work on my toes, shaping and painting as fast as possible. She ended up completing both treatments in 1 hour 15 mins, so I was late leaving. The quality is poor, and my shellac nails are already chipping. They don't feel as think and sturdy as shellac I've gotten before. They gave me $10 off my nail treatments, however, I still feel like I was over charged for the service I received. The mani and pedi were rushed and I didn't get the full experience.

Owner's reasonably skilled, prices aren't too too bad (also appreciate that she doesn't charge more based on gender[as far as I know]). However, I wouldn't get too buddy-buddy with her(or discuss "shopping around" at different salons) as she can get kind of possessive, complains about financial hardships on the regular too.

I went there for a pedicure today and the service was exceptional as usual. Mona is amazing and I asked if I could soak my feet for an extra 5 minutes and she obliged. She took care of the calluses and gave me some advice for my feet. I wouldn't let anyone but Naaz do my eyebrows and she is a gem. The place is very clean and spotless.

I paid $21 expecting more but instead I got 1/2 an effort. She claimed to have 30+ years of experience but felt otherwise. I have no words to explain what has been done to my hair. Upon arriving at home and seeing a chunk of hair just sticking out the corner of my head after a shower was just so sad. On top she kept pointing out my acne with her fingers which was very overwhelming because she kept going on and on and on about it and I couldn’t understand why it was any of her business. The worst part is her walking over to her tree by the entrance and snapping a branch of aloe off which she used to try and dab my acne with. Zero professionalism whatsoever. No wonder this place was empty on a Friday. I ended up having to go elsewhere to clean up the mess she made and paid 1/2 of what she charged me!

I think this would be a great spot for anything but nails. Naaz was so friendly and brought a lovely atmosphere. However my nail technician, in her own words said she was "still learning" and unfortunately the signs were obvious in my manicure. The end result was sloppy and unprofessional .
