★ ★ ★ ★ ★ l had a hair style at this shop to the cost of 65$ plus tip l was told owner was master cutter this was the worst cut l have ever had and l am in my late 60s
for three weeks l could not manage the cut as some areas thinned to much and not even in other places finally after some growth l went to another shop which has been cutting my hair off and on for several years they also agreed l had received a bad cut and cleaned it up to the best of their ability and it will go out warning price does not mean better cut l really feel ripped off as this women refers to self as a MASTER CUTTER NOT .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of The rudest persons I have ever seen. Took 2 hours to cut my hair! Yes I have lots of hair ( not long though). Force me to sit straight and not to move at all like you are doing MRI. It is not that she is careful, she is not a qualified hairdresser. I went home after cut and everybody told me my hair in the back is not balanced. I thought ok maybe they are not right. I went to a party same night and literally everybody said that. Embarrassing. So I called her and asked nicely when can I come for a small correction? 2 days later I was there. Didn't accept anything is wrong . With a very rude attitude. Cut a little bit hair of my back and then said next time you do it yourself. What a great customer service. I have to add that for my last cut I gave her a very good tip that she seemed surprised so it was not about money or being careless with her. Salon is very dirty with her dog's hair every where. Poeople are reluctant to sit on chairs . Her dog is barking constantly. Last time she forgot that I have appointment with her ( made it two days earlier) .i went to her salon . Was closed called for half an hour . No answer. Called me after an hour asking who are you? Then she said she forgot the appointment and went swimming. No apology! Abviously I am not crazy to go there again but more than anything her rudeness and the fact that she doesn't know anything about how to talk to people made me very upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Koto for haircuts and treatments for a few years now and she never disappoints. She's friendly, professional and really takes her time to understand what you want and gives great suggestions on a suitable style for you. I've done the silk straightening treatment twice and with proper care, it's lasted more than a year each time (I only needed to do it because my hair grew out!) My hair is so smooth and shiny and I love how I don't have to flat iron my hair all the time. I would highly recommend Koto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Koto for years for several reasons. She's well-priced, yes, but the bigger draw for me is she cuts your hair according to who you are. She looks at your face structure and personal style but she also wants to know what you're like, how you talk, etc She uses all these factors to influence her cut. The result, if you trust her, is brilliance! I think she's masterful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is an artist, first and foremost. She will study your appearance before giving you a style that suits your personal look and style. She is flawless with her performance, and gave me a near bald fade on my sides using only scissors. In the end, she is not in it for the money. She works when she wants, and her dog is there being cute and mischievous as you get a haircut. She is very casual and open, yet super friendly. She treats your hair as a project, she has passion for what she does. If you are afraid of having a style that might stand out and be unique, don't go here. IF you want a style that matches your style, features, personality and makes you feel like a new you, give her a try. She is the best hairstylist you will ever find, both in performance, and artistic talent.
