M	Mahsa Fazilatt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is a first time that I'm writing a bad review and I just give this place a zero! we asked for highlights, showed couple of photos but end up leaving with super black roots! the hairstylist "jay park" was rude and anxious all the time. it took him 10 hours!! to finish and after we told him this is not what we wanted he got so mad and next day blocked us on instagram!! we were so polite and just told him that this is the opposite of what we wanted and even tipped him a very good amount (which now I don't know why I did this). we are absolutely not happy and the price was super high for this mess!! never felt more sorry for a person.

She is personable, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly always preserves the quality of my hair regardless of what I am asking to do it with it. I have very dark Indian hair and I bleach it regularly to achieve lighter colours and Pam is able to do that safely and by preserving the integrity of my hair. She’s great and a worthy investment for my hair. Highly recommend her and boccoli salon.

I finally found Pam who I've been going to for years and is OBSESSED with how amazing she is. I would HIGHLY recommend her for hair color and cuts. She gave me all my wild requests from being platinum blonde, silver, gray, ash, brown and from long to short shoulder length hair. She does wonders and takes her time with you and gives you all the right aftercare product suggestions to ensure your hair stays nice and healthy. Thank you Pam for your AMAZING work, keep it up

From contacting the salon through email to make my appointment until the moment I left the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I got exactly what I wanted (colour/balayage and cut) and really felt pampered. It’s been over a month since I went and my hair still looks so good. Definitely recommend Jackie and this salon.

The salon is clean, staff are personable and professional, and the prices are reasonable. Jackie is my go-to stylist. She is attentive and friendly. She is an expert colourist, bringing my dark black hair to a beautiful dimensional ash brown without damaging or drying out my hair. I recommend Boccoli to anyone looking for consistent and excellent quality services.

I was nervous about handing my hair To stylist after my horrible experience with a salon in Yale town. But Jay was so patient, careful and listened to what my preferences were. He also first tested my hair with bleach to make sure my hair was healthy to handle chemical treatment. Thank you so much.
