DJ Barron took the time to get to know our musical tastes and what our guests would want to hear on our wedding night. The dancefloor was busy and bopping all night. Thanks for being a part of making it the best night of my life !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My one wish for our wedding was for the dance floor to be full the entire night and DJ Sherry Freeze made that dream come to life! Our guests did not leave that floor from the time our first dance ended all the way until the manager kicked us out of the venue at the end of the night! She was super fun but also extremely professional. She took song requests from all of our guests, and came prepared with songs that matched our style based on our previous conversations. She was flexible with our wedding plans as they changed and even engaged with our guests throughout the night. 10/10 experience and would highly recommend Girl on Wax to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a few years since I walked down the aisle to DJ Leanne playing one of the hand selected songs we selected for our big day. But every time I hear one of them, I travel back to that day, and to all of the memories that were made next to the most on-point playlist I've ever heard, created by DJ Leanne that would cement so many memories of that day for all time.
She somehow managed to cue the right mix at the right time for everyone in our crowd -- from 13 year olds to 95 year olds. And the dance floor was full til the end of the night. She was thorough from the beginning (a consultation to understand your music tastes) right through to the last beat.
If I only I could marry my husband all over again, and have another party... perhaps on one of our anniversaries to come ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GirlOnWax (DJ Leanne) was absolutely fantastic as the DJ for our wedding! She focused on getting to know us and the people who were going to be at the wedding to make sure everyone felt included and had something that spoke to them. That upfront work paid off and everyone had a blast!
She didn't bat an eye at our diverse music tastes: Top 40's; Starwars/Avengers; Video Game music; 60's country; 90's pop; etc. We were all over the place and she helped bring it all together in a cohesive vision, while also providing great suggestions.
She worked great with our other wedding partners (coordinator, emcee, rabbi, and guests) and from day 1 she inspired confidence in us that she'd make the night memorable. She absolutely delivered! I cannot wait to have another excuse to have her DJ at another event :)
