★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So update on FEDEX! My bestfriend sent out a birthday package for me that consisted of a gift basket with wine, chocolates, balloons a card and other personal effects. I was home all day yesterday and was aware that the item was out for delivery & was expecting it. Its disgusting that they would leave that out in the open at the front of my very busy building. Myself and my room mate were home. We did not hear the buzzer. I did also make the effort to go downstairs to check at both 11am and 2pm to check to see if anyone was there.. What a joke of a company... To also think that you have to spend around another $35 dollars to have someone physically come sign and accept the package is a huge rip off.. who in their right mind leaves something out in the open available for the public to just pick up and walk off. SHAME ON YOU FEDEX YOU JOKE OF A COMPANY. My friend was trying to do something thoughtful for my birthday, & no you guys did not try to buzz my apartment you lazy jokes of human beings. I hope some random is enjoying the sentiments that were meant for me. Im infuriated by this and hope to never do business with them again. Please SHARE.
