★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I believe they have given me the best hearing possible. They are quick to deal with issues-one aid went down and they were able to fix it within half an hour. There's a reason I deal with them instead of Costco! Appreciated Katie's excellent service and the friendly and competent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very plugged ears and was told to try suctioning. I found out that the NexGen in North Vancouver was able to do that for me. Dr. Soltani was a nice balance of professional and personal. He cleared out my right ear 100% and my left ear 80%. My left ear needed more oil drops so he recommended coming back in 4 days after things had softened up. I went back and he finished things off. I totally recommend suctioning to anyone who needs to have their ears cleaned. I've had flushing done before but I find it never really does a good enough job. I highly recommend Dr. Soltani and his team and will be going back for follow-up cleanings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my father for an appointment to have wax removed from his ear. Renee was super helpful over the phone in assisting me with booking the appointment and in person for my father's visit. We had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Soltani who was extremely thorough in dealing with my father. Everyone was extremely kind and compassionate. Would highly recommend NexGen Hearing and we will most certainly be using their services again. Thank you Renee and Dr. Soltani.

Also, they see you at or very close to your appointment time instead of waiting around for 30 minutes like a lot of other places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impersonable entrance. You must knock before you can enter. Then they ask why you are there and when I responded I just need some batteries I was asked if I had an appointment. Not for batteries.They let me in but when I was told the price for batteries I nearly fell over. $60.00. If I hadn't of been out I would not have bought as I can get exactly the same on amazon for $23.00. I loved Next Gen in its old location and the women at the desk were lovely. Not so much now. Now that my insured time with my hearing aids is out they basically want nothing to do with me. They could care less. Not very good service!
