★ ★ ★ ★ ★ appalling service from the receptionist. she booked the appointment for me on Norh Vancouver, gave me the address and the next day I arrived and it was closed. I called and she said "I gave you the Burrard address" how do you say that if I only have the North Van address. "well if you want the appointment come to burrard otherwise you will have your next appointment in 8 months" I was super upset and was complaining when she hung up on me. I called again several times to rebook my appointment and she never answered the phone! what kind of employers are giving the first image. I have to go to the appointment and the service was mediocre.
