★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From my first hearing test to the purchase of the hearing aids yesterday, John Mai patiently explained and ensured I get the right unit to suit my needs. I was treated with utmost respect by both John and the staff Narges.
As for the unit itself, it’s a night and day difference for me and am thrilled with my new state of the art hearing aids.
I STRONGLY recommend them.

My Phonak hearing aid, bought over one year ago in Europe, had failed suddenly.
I contacted Amplifon Hearing Clinic in North Vancouver for the first time. Narjes arranged an appointment with John Mai right away.
John analyzed the problem, found a solution and got my hearing aid to work again.
I can highly recommend John a true problem solver.
Narjes, his receptionist, is a warm, attentive person, who makes Clients feel at ease right away.
