★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This parking spot is a total rip-off. Parking cost more than my dinner. And you can't be delayed even 30 seconds because the parking attendant is watching all the cars like a hawk. I'm not ever coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a total rip-off. $64 for one day makes it the most expensive parking on the North Shore. If you even attempt to charge your EV here they'll ask you to pay expensive parking over and above high EV parking rates. They have a rude mercenary parking monitor who will try to ticket you in between the time you park and walk to the meter. There's an open lot 1.5 blocks away that charges only $7. Street parking for 2 hours is free in most of North Van and free between 7PM-9AM.
