His attention to detail was unparalleled and made our experience at the shop feel like a hassle-free holiday. We grabbed exactly what we needed and left the shop smiling. Kudos to you good sir!

β β β β β Bought 15k worth of restaurant equipment here and had an issue with one of the refrigeration units wouldn't turn on. It was later confirmed by the manufacturers tech that it was leaking gas and was faulty at outset. The president and managers of paragon told us that it was our problem despite us receiving a faulty product from the getgo they left us high and dry and told us to get lost. After telling them about other legal avenues we can take they finally provide a refund for the faulty product they sold us. Bunch of scammers here! Will not be recommending this place to my clients ever we are opening two restaurants just this year found a new supplier. Would NOT recommend. Cannot believe they would rather sour relationship with their customers over a small refrigeration unit than repeat business. they obviously don't care about anything besides their bottom line

β β β β β I was recommended to shop at Paragon by another pet supply store for my cooler and freezer and shelving. Paragon did not disappoint! The staff is professional and helpful. Best pricing in town and lots of inventory. Equipment was delivered as promised.

β β β β β Our food commissary for various locations has been shopping at Paragon for many years. It's such a well managed company with friendly and polite staff, super pricing and tons of stock.
They will gladly carry your purchases to your car a block away. That's a level of service I can't recall anywhere else.
Knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. Don't understand why anyone would go anywhere else!?

β β β β β I'm a retired chef and shopped here for my restaurant over the years. Now I just like coming to Paragon to buy commercial smallwares for my home and friends. Selection and service are always great, and I've found their prices to be the best around....and I've shopped at all the other stores in the city.
I've recommended this place to my chef and non-chef friends and they're never disappointed!

So glad we found Paragon. Wow! They have so much stock available and
still manage to keep prices really reasonable especially in this environment.
Service was top notch and the staff friendly and considerate.
The showroom is overall really organized. We'll be back soon and often.
