β β β β β I was very disappointed with the service I received here. I live nearby and had a couple questions about how the private sauna rooms and massages worked before booking an appointment for myself and my partner. The man working at the front desk asked if I had an appointment and when I replied no but that I had a few questions and would like to book an appointment he quickly told me "we don't do tours hun" and that he couldn't answer any questions because he had "real customers to deal with". It was not busy when I came by- there was only one other person in the waiting area and two staff members at the front desk. It definitely did not seem like a professional, welcoming environment to go for a relaxing experience. I will not be returning here and definitely am no longer interested in booking regular date nights here either.

β β β β β Had an appointment for couples massage + sauna. Street parking was easy and free. Staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The facility was well maintained and clean. Great service, reasonable price. Will repeat and recommend.

β β β β β I had an amazing time here with my girlfriend. Staff were polite and friendly when we arrived! The baths and sauna were clean and well kept. Iβd definitely recommend going if youβre looking for a cute date or even a simple relaxation session for yourself and friends.

β β β β β Very friendly staff and a calm and relaxing environment. Got a massage/sauna combo for myself and my partner and it was amazing. The massage was very good and I felt like a million bucks after. The sauna was the perfect follow up for a good sweat afterwards and there are showers outside for a cool down and rinse off when youre done. The facility is very nice, clean and modern. Would recommend their services to anyone looking for a great relaxing experience. Well worth the price too, very good value for the services they provide.

β β β β β Pure relaxation. Calming and tranquile atmosphere. Warm and friendly staff. Their private cedar saunas upstairs are stunning. Beautiful recent renovations. Facilities are always sparkling clean. #8 is our favourite :)

β β β β β First time...hooked already. First experience and many more to happen...Chu at the front desk was so welcoming and informative. Love his energy! My husband and I had a 50 minute foot reflexology, 10 minute shoulder and 55 minute sauna session. AMAZING! Peter and Lily took our stresses away during the time they worked our bodies while we sat in big comfy loungers watching a fish tank on a massive big screen and listening to calming sounds/music. A very calming, clean and safe experience. All the staff we encountered were equally friendly. Already planning our next visit. No disappointments at this business.

β β β β β Really great place and even better people working here. Every staff member from massage therapists to reception to cleaning is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Reception staff is always honest about which sauna is hot or more modern which helps so much. Facilities are quite clean and their prices are great given you get a private sauna all to yourself. I mean you essentially rent 3 rooms for 90 minutes for $30 tax in, like what?? They are also flexible with extending your time if you ask them in advance and they have availability. Important things to note: be upfront about what kind of sauna experience you want(hot,dry, steamy,medium?) and they will hook you up, make reservations in advance as this place is integral part of our community and as we all love it they get busy so call in advance, call several times if need be and rememmber these are human beings working just like you and I which means they can get busy and not always get to the phone on time, bring water with you or at least a water bottle(they have a cooler) but other than that they have everything else covered. All of their private saunas come equipped with shampoo, conditioner,body wash, tissues, sheets, bath and face towel, fan, diluted essential oil bottle to add to water, paddle and a bucket. All in all I highly recommend checking them out. Massages here are wonderful, super affordable and I highly recommend Susan.

β β β β β My GF brought me here for a birthday experience. It was referred to her by her sister, who was referred by a friend. You get the idea.
The place is just on the fringe of the sketchy part of hastings. Lots of free street parking.
When you walk up the frontage looks a little run down but it's the inside that matters.
Smooth check in process. You are given an electronic bracelet for a locker and then given a tour.
We booked a massage and a sauna session. Tip, bring your own water bottle for the sauna otherwise you have to buy one if you want water. They have free filtered water for you.
We were brought to private massage room. We had a couples massage. Supposedly Chinese style but I have no idea......it was good pressure and relaxing.
Afterwards we had a 50 min sauna session. Large dry sauna with showers outside so you can go in and out.
Lots of room and privacy. The showers had shampoo and conditioner as well as body wash.
The staff were great and efficient.
Price point was $$ and well worth it.
Would go back.
