β β β β β I have challenging feet for ski boot fitting and Steve managed to get me set up with the most comfortable performant ski boot I've ever had. First time out in them today and they were 100% well fitted and comfortable and performed superbly. Thanks Steve, I'll be recommending you to all my friends.

β β β β β Recently I wrecked my skis and had to grab a new pair. They were really helpful. Initially I was worried I'd be judged for ruining my pretty new skis, but they made me feel really welcomed and even showed concern for my fall. Thanks again!
I bought my bike from them 2 years ago and would highly recommend anyone to get their gear here!

β β β β β extremely enjoyable shopping experience here. I'm a snowboarder, and I usually do shopping on the other store on,w4 st. 2 days ago, it's my first time entering this store, and they are so friendly and patient to me to answer all the questions. They have the full series of Giro goggle with fair price. U can take ur time to look around and don't feel any pressure. Lovely store, must give 5 stats to support!

β β β β β Went to Westside twice this year to buy skis for me and new boots for my wife. We had a great experience and left very happy with our equipment. Chris helped us both times. He took the time to talk with us and recommended equipment that was appropriate for our needs. Will definitely return again and highly recommend this store.

β β β β β My girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience at this shop buying snowboard gear. The staff was incredibly knowledge able about the products and helpful in selecting the correct gear. We went to all of the snowboard shops on this street and Westside was by far the best. They helped us find the correct gear for her and didn't just ask us what we thought looked good. I will be going back for any of my bike and snowboard needs.

β β β β β I waited for approximately 2 years for a part to come in for my partnerβs electric bicycle after she fell and damaged the cycle computer bracket. After 2 years and over 20 calls and emails stating the part was still on order I contacted Shimano Canada myself and found that Westside sports had ordered the wrong part and that the part I needed was readily available on eBay.
Two years of waiting for the wrong part to arrive on an bike that cost me over $4,000 in 2020 from Westside Sports with a trip computer that is being held together by tape and clamps.
Probably the worst after sales service that I have ever experienced!

β β β β β This is hands down the best ski/ board shop in Vancouver. Chris and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and will generously share their expertise without ever pressuring you to buy. Having tried all other shops in the area, this shop is miles above the rest. Chris helped me find ski boots when other shops told me I was ''unfittable'' and has helped me twice since then when I have come back for adjustments. West side might not look like the biggest shop in town, but the stock they have is all tried and tested by the staff, and the quality/ price of the items is unbeatable. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

β β β β β People are friendly here. I have been to this store many times. My experience has been very positive and pleasant all the time.
My wife and I came here before Christmas for two sets of ski gear.
CHRIS looked after everything for us. He was very patient, polite, and knowledgeable.
He spent a couple of hours with us for our entire shopping experience. He measured and picked up the best ski, boots, and helmets for us.
I RECOMMEND this store for you. Come there and you will not be disappointed.
