โ โ โ โ โ The falafel is not cooked properly. It feels like youโre biting into raw batter that has been warmed up. It was not nice to eat and I felt sick afterwards. You should check the temperature of your oil and use a timer to cook properly and consistently. The other ingredients were fresh. Although it would be nice if you had middle eastern style pickles instead of the American ones.

โ โ โ โ โ Although there are plenty of authentic restaurants in Vancouver, Arab restaurants here are still a big disappointment. I ordered a shawarma and it was very cold and the chicken tasted awful and the sandwich was full of worthless fillings. A mistake that will not be repeated.

โ โ โ โ โ This is not only the best shawarma Iโve ever had, I think the chicken shawarma platter is one of the best dishes being served in Vancouver right now. Excellent portions all around, bright balanced flavours with perfect hummus and garlic sauce.

โ โ โ โ โ The food is so delicious. Love it. Customer Service was good. Special for falafel plate $9.99 on Saturday and Sunday. So cute, heart shaped falafel. My friend had the lamb. She was quite satisfied with her plate. We both had a good experience. Not a fancy ambiance but great food.

โ โ โ โ โ I love everything about this place. Firstly, the food is phenomenal: the rice is flavourful. The chicken is excellent. The hummus is the best. Crucially, the service is genuinely amazing. The young man who works there is always so kind, so gracious, and has even helped us out with our confusing Ritual order (it all worked out). What a gem of a place.
