★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing local bike shop. For years I have experienced their team go above and beyond for me. They are a great shop who do honest work and have knowledgeable staff and skilled mechanics. I have bought two bikes from them. They are always my first choice for bits and supplies. They seem to source some cool stuff and charge fair prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Ride-On-Again, my bestie and I had a GREAT TOURISTY DAY!! Bought a bike on Sunday, the main guy in the shop was super helpful in getting us the right size and style within our budget. They even had staff on hand to safety the bike before we took it out. I would definitely choose this place first the next time I am buying or even selling a used bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend anyone getting a bike serviced here. Dropped in my bike in for a gear realignment and it's only now I'm seeing their attention to detail, or lack there of.
1. Went on a long cycle and thought there was play in my bearing only to then lift up my bike and the back wheel falls off as they never put it on correctly.
2. Recently gave my bike a thorough cleaning to see that the gear cables were twisted and one of them coming up in the wrong location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my roommate and I had very poor experiences with this bike shop. I took my bike in for a rear hub adjustment. When I picked it up I noticed two paint chips that were not there before. While they fixed the hub issue, they also adjusted my breaks (incorrectly). I never asked for them to adjust my breaks in the first place, and now I was dealing with severe disk rub on both my front and rear calipers. When I stopped to check it out, I noticed my break discs were now warped, I never had any of these issues before this bike shop 'fixed' my bike. The mechanics are either careless or incompetent. Through trial and error, I've fixed these issues myself and now it only rubs when I'm standing up. This has just been a major headache that this shop has caused me. Every time I hear my disk rub is a reminder of the poor quality of this shop. I wasn't going to write this review though, until my roommate took her bike in for a "tune-up", (more like a tune-down) as they completely messed it up. The chain skips, rubs on the front derailleur, which has made the bike almost unrideable. Find somewhere else to fix your bike, or watch youtube videos and do it yourself. Even if you mess up, it won't be as bad as letting the mechanics at this shop work on your bike.

Good selection of locks, bike baskets, handle bar grips and bells. They also have a bike mechanic on the floor .
FREE air so no need to gas stations that charge for air

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 11yo son bought a dirt jumper from here just over a year ago (with his own hard earned lawn mowing money). The bike had more than average issues and was out of warranty. They took care of it instantly and free of charge anyway. Now THAT is customer service. Glad we found this place. He makes ? videos with it on YouTube “team catty” and Instagram josipbmx check him out!!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at Ride On Bikes! Bought a new bike, helmet and other accessories. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't try to up sell me on items, even though I am (and came across) as very new to serious biking. They gave me insight into the area and tips on how best to protect my new bike. Would definitely recommend!
