They took it in there and then, helped take apart the components in a few minutes and didn’t even take any money in the end! They are so generous, helpful and fast, I couldn’t not recommend them enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the cheapest and fastest repairs I have ever had done. Steve is willing to explain and show you how to do minor maintenance and always tries to get you the best deal, does not overprice or upsell. Got a few second-hand parts changed out here for very low prices.
He straightened out a bent cassette in 5 mins that other bike places had quoted 200$+ repairs for. My favorite place to come for bike fixes!
One of the last honest bike places left in Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once bumped into the owner Steve in the neighbourhood at the end of my bike ride just as it was beginning to have an issue and he diagnosed the issue on the spot then took it back to his shop for me to save me the trip. He fixed it that day and at a great price. This place is no joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a broken axle stopped at two other bike shops was offered at one a new wheel ($150 all included) and given a lecture about having to buy a more expensive bike because the have more reliable parts at another. Steve pulled out a worn axle and ball bearings to replace the missing ones and gave me some good advice on how to proceed, asked me to come back if I have issues, charged me almost nothing. The place to go in Vancouver for professional service.
