★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiz has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years now and its been great. She's helped me improve my cardio and sculpt areas of my body that I would of have otherwise overlooked.
The private training gym studio has all the equipment you'd expect. The studio has high ceilings, lots of natural lighting and a great sound system.
Her one on one personal training rates are reasonable and you get a discounted rate when purchasing multiple sessions.
