Suli is a great trainer. He finds ways to work your body to failure, to promote muscle growth and recovery. The knowledge he endows on you as a client will be phenomenal in helping you achieve your fitness goals, whatever that may be. He doesn’t just train you like a personal trainer. He coaches your movements so that you maximize the output potential locked within the walls of your muscle cells AND your brain cells. You’ll be surprised at what you’re capable of doing with the right amount of push from the right guy. And well. Suli is the right guy. If you’re looking for a personal trainer I’d highly recommend him.

In just a few months training with Suliman I can already feel the benefits. I have a very physically demanding job and some of the pains I was bringing home are a non issue any more. When I first started I was in the tail end of my recovery from a fairly severe car accident that resulted in a bad shoulder injury. He focused my training in strengthening my shoulder to prevent further injury as well as helped me recover to a point where I feel comfortable at work and home. Suliman is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and paired with a great attitude and a friendly smile, it makes getting myself to the gym just that much easier. Highly recommended.

I've had a few different trainers and Suliman has definitely been the most encouraging and knowledgable one. I have seen great results while working with him and cannot wait to continue. He's extremely personable and works with you to understand your goals and creates a program specific to you and your body. He pushes you to your limits, sets you up for success, and helps to create a better you. Couldn't ask for a better trainer!

Suliman is by far the best trainer I have ever had. He listens to your goals and helps you works toward them with programs that challenge you mentally and physically. Two things set him apart from other trainers I’ve worked with: his total commitment not just to you the client but to his own learning, and his precision in details. Whether you want to recover from an injury, simply set up some healthy training and living goals or or train for an elite race I recommend him 100%. Suliman you can never leave Vancouver.....!

Suli best trainer I've ever had!! hes polite, patient and got a good attitude. hes more then willing to push you and make sure, you reach your goals. hes also funny and knows how to make you comfortable. one thing I like the most about this trainer is that he makes sure you don't hurt yourself. he pays close attention to details and how you lift. its been 2 month and I've never been more happy with my results. highly recommend specially if your a shy person he will bring the best out of you.

I started working out with Suliman at FortToujours last month with the intention of losing 20lbs and improving my body fat percentage. Since starting, I’ve noticed a remarkable difference in my energy levels, strength and attitude towards exercise. I’ve also lost a few pounds and inches already! Suliman has pushed me to accomplish so much more during a workout than I could do on my own. Getting started with him has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I had an ACL repair last year and for the first time since then, I feel confident that I can get back to a healthier and stronger state. I can’t recommend a better personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals with a fun and encouraging approach. Suli is the best!

I have been a patron since April 2019. Suliman is a great coach and good at designing workout to what you want achieved. This also include a meal plan designed to give you the best results. As a trainer, he is down to earth but good to push you that extra bit to make sure you get a great workout.

I started working out with Suliman in August, and it's been great. I've been noticing a lot of changes: my strength and cardio have really increased. The best part is that I really enjoy working out with Suliman. He is an awesome trainer, the workouts are fun and intense. And I enjoy them so much that I' m always looking forward to the next one, even when my muscles are screaming at me! Plus he's just a really great guy and easy to talk to. I highly recommend working out with Suliman. He's just the best! Diego
