We got linked with the salesman, Anthony, who was kind, supportive, and helpful from the start. He took the time to walk me through nearly every button and feature of my new car and was able to answer any questions I had. He did not pressure to rush me into a purchase and I felt that he wanted to make this the best experience he could for me. All of the other members of the team I interacted with were helpful as well, including Daniel, who walked me through my financing options and went the extra mile to help ensure my Kia New Grad Benefit was applied. Being able to purchase your first car is exciting, but having the enthusiastic team at Downtown Kia made it even better! I'm a few months in with my care and absolutely love it! Thank you!

Though we were not able to finish the deal, I really appreciate the way they handled and the professionalism they showed. They were very transparent and willing to help in every possible way. Appreciate their good service and would like to go back for our vehicle requirements in future. All the staffs are amazing angels.

Although I have spoken to and met sales supervisors from other Kia dealships, I can confidently say that this dealership is incomparable. Every person I have met today was kind and answered every question I had with patience.

The entire staff is always courteous, and the slight problem I had upon the purchase has been resolved. I cannot recommend the place enough!

This is my first car purchase so it was definitely a daunting and nervous process for sure. However, my dealer, Ryan Kim was really patient in listening to my needs and working with the budget that I had in mind.
He provided detailed explanation to all options available and worked with me to make an informed choice that meets my budget.
The team were lovely and they went above and beyond my expectation. I feel confident about my decision.
Post-purchase customer service is great as well. Definitely recommend the team if you are looking for your next car ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say enough nice things about the staff here! I came in for my first big purchase. I sat down with Leo as I already had in mind what I wanted. He was super helpful and went through all the vehicle options as well as my financing options (I don't get this stuff so he broke it down beautifully for me). The car took a few months to arrive but in the meantime, Sam, one of the salesmen there, notified me when a car arrived so I could take her for a spin. He was available whenever I had a question and was very pleasant to deal with. Sam was super knowledgeable, gave me tips and tricks, and I know if I ever need anything from detailing to general service, he's there for me.
Finances....the worst part, however Venu took all my stress away! She went through all my options, broke everything down for me so it was easy to understand. She was patient, kind and compassionate. Not to mention very fun. This whole process was intimate and lovely, I felt heard and very well taken care of.
Downtown Kia feels like family now! If you are in the market for a new car, Downtown Kia is the place for you. I highly recommend! Super happy with my new baby!
