Cross Fit was a completely new experience for me and despite my shyness, I went for an intro session in June of 2013. I realized how unfit I was, but how much I wanted to change that. After the 'Elements' session that all new Cross Fitters need to take, I was sold. I started off with a 6 month membership only to then renew for a year in April 2014. I can't say enough good things about CFK. The coaches are professional, experienced and know how to make this a fun environment. The members are just as fun and very encouraging. If you have any hesitations about Cross Fit at all, this place will change your way of thinking. Fynn and crew - Well done! You've got yourself a resident member!

I've been at the gym for over two years, and it is always a highlight of my week. I'm a middle-aged guy with a lot of responsibility for aging parents, teenage kids and people I care for where I work. But regardless of how difficult life gets, I can always count on a great workout, lots of laughs with a community of friends and a freeing of my mind from the burdens of life.

They welcomed me, showed me around, and asked a lot of questions about me (sports history, lifestyle, activity levels). I was shopping around for a crossfit gym, but I didn't have to look any further because they made me feel so comfortable and right at home. I have now been a proud member of CFK for over a year now. The coaching is on point, they are VERY flexible with their schedule, pricing is at par with the other gyms, the sense of community is outstanding, and the owner would bend over backwards to help anyone in his path. This gym has absolutely changed my life and the way I approach fitness. Definitely come in and see for yourself!

They warmly introduce you to other members and give you personal and consistent attention. They ensure you are doing the routines/weightlifting correctly so you feel on top of your game. They are very encouraging , and no matter what level you are at, they support and encourage you, as do the other members of the gym. I joined with my two teenage sons, and they love it. They really feel a connection with their community and are inspired to work out. Worth every dollar!

The coaches are fantastic and make me a better athlete everyday! Everyone is warm and welcoming. They are also encouraging through the workouts regardless of your athletic ability. I have been a member for over a year and will continue to be for a long time.

He was great, taught me everything I needed to know, helped push me mentally, and was right there when I had any questions. The overall atmosphere is awesome, its a friendly, caring community and everyone wants to see you succeed! The owner is very involved and you can tell he is passionate about his gym, and what he does. Would recommend this to anyone!

I joined with the goal of keeping active and learning something new, but I soon realized the strong sense of community and friendship that's formed at this box. The owner is passionate about CFK and very friendly. He did a great job in making changes in response to the recent pandemic and social environment. He really went a long way to keep members engaged during the lockdown and to continuously improve the class offerings and schedules. All of the coaches are also fantastic. They are extremely knowledge and very engaged in helping and motivating everyone during the class. The coaches are definitely what makes the difference in a class. I highly recommend this box for anyone interested in joining CrossFit!

And I found exactly just that. You have to take mandatory foundation classes which gave you solid movements foundation that can be applied beyond the classes. I did my intro with Iker who provided great insights to my body movements and always has your back in every class. Even for a beginner like me, the movements are scalable and I could see my progression within 6-8 months after my first visit. While COVID restricted some of the more social aspects of the gym compared to normal, I still find that the people you meet in class truly roots for you (which goes a long way when you feel like giving up). I cannot recommend this place enough for everyone, no matter what kind of fitness goals you are looking for. You’ll find the workout energizing and fun (though hard), as well as a supportive community of coaches and attendees.
