★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working with Won as a groom was fantastic! From picking the suit style and colour, to fittings – he does everything really well. The Tux Store provides a great assortment of fabrics, styles, and options. They even ensured the groomsmen were fitted with the same shirts and accommodated several guys who were from out of town or had challenging schedules. But Won really went above and beyond when we requested a ridiculously sized collar for our large breed dog so that he could match the groomsmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've come here for suit rentals twice and had great experiences both times. I recently came in to get a suit made for the first time and again had another great experience, I was quite indecisive and Won was patient and helpful the entire time and I look forward to picking up my suit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience working with Justine at the Tux Store to arrange tuxedo rentals for our wedding. She was friendly and very flexible when scheduling different fitting appointments for each member of the wedding party. When it came time to pick up the tuxedos, everything was flawless - they all fit perfectly and the quality was great. We would highly recommend the Tux Store to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a horribly poor service when I had my groom suit made here on Oct 2021. After I paid, mr Won and his assistant practically vanished even when we agreed to leave room for small changes. I was deceived and my emails and calls, ignored. The suit was ready late, one day before I had to go and not a single word from them. The pants were horribly tight and coat and shirt loose. I paid over $1600 for a poorly made suit and terribly service, a waste of money and a headache.

Apparel quality seemed quite great and have heard good things, but did not end up renting so take this review as a review for store/service itself not suit quality or price.
Selection was smaller than I expected and sizes not as expansive as other places, thus me going elsewhere.
Coolest thing was the signed hockey memorabolia but that doesn't really help with suits for me.

Have another wedding coming up and will be renting another tuxedo . Thank you for providing such a great service to the community.
