★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Fuji bike from this shop and loved the experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they made me feel comfortable, especially considering I don't know much about mikes. They helped me make a decision on which bike to get, and it wasn't one of the expensive ones in their shop. They are very customer oriented, and the store is very casual and comfortable. I loved the experience and recommend it to anyone looking to buy or rent bikes or accessories. They even gave me a year of free tune ups. It can't get better than this. If you are looking to buy a bike, Bikes on Robson is the place to go. Thumbs up for that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I rented a bike here was in summer 2015 when I came as a tourist to the city, and the service was amazing. 2 years later I moved into the city and been using their services throughout this time, and I just have to say that this place is the best in all Vancouver area. Best prices, best staff and the best location you'll ever find around Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service and good prices, we really enjoyed taking with the staff about Vancouver and they were very helpful all around. Taking the bike around Stanley Park is a great experience on a hot summer day!
My bike had very squeaky brakes, though. I've given them the feedback and they were very appreciative.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a tandem bike for a few hours on Canada Day - called ahead the day before and was told it would be busy. They have an estimate of when to show up to ensure we got one. They were bang on, we got the bike, did a great morning bike ride through Stanley Park.
Prices were fair, advice was solid and the bike was in good functioning order. Would recommend to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my bike repaired here because of all the good reviews. I am not an expert so was unsure of what I needed done. The gentleman at the bikeshop was unable to advise me on the best possible way to fix the front tire either when I had asked whether it needed to be replaced or trued. Instead, he said it was up to me to advise him on what work I wanted done. I want to reiterate I don't know much about bikes at all, so I don't know what specific repairs are needed!! I ended up having the tire trued and the brakes adjusted which cost me $50. I rode on the bike for 10 minutes before the rim bent back and the tire fell off. If I had known that this fix was not going to work I wouldn't have wasted $50 to gamble on repairing it, I would have spent $10 more on just replacing the tire completely for $60. Felt as though I just wasted my money... Didn't want to argue about the fix and ended up just selling my bike at huge loss including the repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a bike rental place, they did not fit us properly to the frame for proper cycling. Safety-wise, the bikes did not come with lights or a bell, very dangerous and an oversight by the company. Overall, experience was fine but the operators need to not overlook the safety of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys wanted to sell me a leftover used carboard box for bikes for $20...how low can you go and how soulless can you be??
Essentially trying to sell me something thats going into recycling anyway how greedy are these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The mechanic at this shop seems to really enjoy working with bikes. Every time I’ve had a repair done, the problem had been addressed as expected and sometimes additional adjustments were made without charge. Very affordable shop!
