I brought my bike in thinking I have a flat tire. Magi (not sure if I’ve spelled it right) pumped up the tires and tested my bike for me and he refused to take any money from me. I felt bad that I didn’t buy anything but he was totally happy to have provided the help. Truly great people ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found these guys online and chose them because of the good reviews. They didn't disappoint. Great bikes, friendly and helpful service.
We wanted to try the hybrid bikes so we could peddle but get the advantage of a motor when we wanted it. The 2 hours flew by and we'll be back. Fun little bikes and the motor can really get going for a little extra fun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service. We rented a child seat for my four year old. They spent much time making sure the kid was seated safely. When we returned the bikes, it has been slightly over 1.5 hours. I wouldn't complain at all if I got charged for 2 hours as this is what I expected from most rental services. But they charged me 1.5 hours only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for the bike rental. For some reason, the included bike lock stopped working, when i called them for help, they sent a tech all the way from their store to check/cut the lock. Great service overall. They took care of their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to rent bikes from, @7$ an hour they are arguably the best value for your dollar. Only thing to note is they start their timer when they stamp your card, BEFORE you get your bike. They also jot down what you want before you get your bike but dont provide you with everything at the counter. There is a disconnect between the front desk and the bike techs as they were supposed to give us bike locks but the techs didn't know what was required, by the time we wanted to stop for food, we noticed we didn't have a bike lock. It sucked but, we finished our ride and called it a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found this shop based on Google reviews and it didn’t disappoint! My partner and I were looking for a tandem bike as I am an inexperienced biker. We ended up with a cruiser and Risdo was extremely helpful through the entire process! Would definitely recommend renting from them going forward they really ensure you feel safe and comfortable on the bikes before letting you go! He also kindly informed us about the partial sea wall closure at Stanley park and the different alternative routes we can take! Thanks Risdo!
