★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented two XS hybrid bikes for 3 hours but returned them an hour earlier and were refunded for that hour! Super affordable and super convenient location as all you need to do is cross the street and you're pretty much at the starting point for cycling through Stanley Park.
Also provided: a cycling map, a Helmut, and bike lock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a phenomenal ride around Vancouver led by Jeremy! Besides enjoying the lush beauty & diversity, Jeremy was unbelievably knowledgeable about buildings, parks, leading philanthropists' contributions, greenery (in rain forest) & sea life in Vancouver. Planned for 3 hours but he put up with 3 of us for closer to 4 hours. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend a bike tour with English Bay/Jeremy; highlight of our vacation so far!

They reassembled it pretty fast and did a little bit of tuning, but didn't charge me for the tuning. Overall, Great service and friendly staff. I would definitely go back to this shop for bike repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of this rental bike store, and I usually get a good service. This time was different. The road was wet and we haven’t been advised that the Tandem bike didn’t have any fenders. By the time we realized it, we were already far and came back full of mud. Not ideal when you travel. Please just advise your customers properly next time. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toronto native here looking for a good time biking and came across these guys as my first option into renting bikes. Absolutely amazing staff and the bikes themselves are well maintained and feel really really good. Been here a couple times so far on my vacation and I can't seem to go anywhere else for a rental cause of these guys! Definitely a go to spot if you wanna hit up the bike paths in Stanley Park or if you're up for a long ride out to UBC. Really good pricing especially for the service you get from them and also the bikes themselves. Coming back here next time I'm in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very easy, friendly, professional, and rapid service. We rented crosstrail bikes to explore the smaller trails throughout Stanley Park. Decent quality bikes. All rentals include a helmet and a lock. Location is perfect, just up the street by English Bay beach that has bike paths leading into Stanley Park.
