★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time renting from Yes Cycle. We booked online but had a question regarding the agreement as it asked us a question regarding a safety check prior to us physically seeing the bikes. We called the shop and the staff working that evening was able to ease our concern regarding signing off on it. We looked over the bikes prior to leaving the shop.
We booked e-bikes for 3-5 hours and our countdown didn't start until we left the shop. August (staff) was great, and let us know that all bill adjustments will be made when we return the bikes, which meant that if we returned them under 3 hours, we would not have had to pay the rental for 3-5 hours. We were booked for 10AM but didn't leave the shop until 11AM (we arrived late due to traffic but notified the shop, no issue). She ensured that we were only charged for the actual time that we used the bikes.
We had a great experience dealing with Yes Cycle. The e-bikes were in good condition. August provided some instructions on how to use them. We enjoyed our time riding around the Stanley Park seawall.

Especially if you’ve been hiking all week or plan to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So friendly here!! Was fast, efficient and out cycling in no time. My hybrid was good but the ladies cruiser steered a bit wonky. It's also great they charge every 15 minutes (after the first hour).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time renting bikes from Yes Cycle. Their staff are super friendly, the rental process was quick (do it online ahead to save even more time), and prices are affordable. Their staff even went above and beyond when we experienced an issue with our bike seat post. A staff member rode out to meet us, swapped biked, and rode the broken one back. Can't recommend this company enough. The Stanley Park ride is soooo much fine. Pone of our highlights for Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Out of all the nearby bike rental shops, this seemed to be the best one in terms of balance of quality and price. After my experience with them, I can say that Yes Cycle definitely checks all the boxes of you might be looking for. It’s located right by Stanley Park, it has a variety of different kinds of bicycles and e-bikes, and the prices are reasonable. After the first hour, the remaining time is prorated based on how much time you actually spent which was nice. All of the staff was really nice and helpful as well. Most importantly, the bikes were reliable as we used them for an hour and a half throughout Stanley Park’s bike paths with no issues at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to reserve online. My friend and I got e-bikes which made it nice when we had to go up a few steep inclines! The staff was very very friendly and helpful. It's located right next to Stanley Park and has a parking garage in the same building, so very convenient!
