★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rent a tandem and go ride around Stanley park. It's the.best way to see the whole park, stop when you want to, have a break or a hot choco somewhere. We did.it in late December, so take my advice and dress to the conditions. These guys were quick and helpful and it's not a bad price. Bike was in good condition but you can't see if the rear rider is just a passenger. Only gripe is.that when one person stops pedalling so does the other .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, walkable within Stanley Park. At first, I thought the rates were competitive, maybe slightly more expensive but I figured this was due to their location. I had rented bikes from Cycle City Tours a few days earlier (had a great experience!), and noticed a significant different in service and extra charges. They charged me extra for a bike lock (only a chain lock). They charged me extra for a basket (which constantly came loose while I was riding). Then finally, after riding the bike a few miles, I noticed that the derailer kept shifting without my changing the gears! So I returned the bike fairly quickly after our ride around the park. Not happy with the rental at all, and I'm glad that we rented from another place for our long day of bike riding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. Our bike tire was almost flat and they refused to pump up the tire. Said we can we can find another shop and buy a pump. We will not be returning.

I find it hard to believe a bike rental shop doesn't have any air at all when it would be critical to your business and are available everywhere. You did say your pump was stolen but the other worker said something else entirely and it sounded like you were just blowing us off. I'll increase my review to 3 stars as a middle ground in case you are being genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there last week with a friend, we had a great experience. They have really good quality and clean bikes with good price and the staff is so friendly. Store is very good located, it’s just before stanley park so it took us just 5mins to go to stanley park and it’s also already in downtown so in the end of the day we didn’t need to walk too much to take a bus. If you are planning to rent a bike, you should definitely check this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rental shop very near to Stanley park. Great prices and very friendly and accommodating customer service. I highly recommend renting bikes from them for a trip around the park! I will definitely be back whenever I'm in vancouver and the weather is nice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super easy and friendly. Way faster than downloading and setting up the Mobi app for the other bikeshare. Plus, they gave us a discount for returning early. Highly recommend renting here and touring Stanley Park!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came at 2pm and were only proposed 2 rust bucket by a careless salesman. He didn't care about selecting properly sized bike and gave us two bike that you could buy to a local homeless for less money than we paid. We paid 67 CAD for an afternoon for 2.
I had better service in a Thailand village..
