★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of their representatives (David) at the Vancouver boat show was one of the rudest people I have ever come across in the boating industry. He actually blew up and started yelling at a customer viewing one of the Fleming Boats at the show. It was completely unprofessional and embarrassing for all in the vicinity. I have bought 13 boats so far in my life and would never consider buying one from this brokerage company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is indeed a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, attentive and knowledgeable. I purchased a boat through the company in (I believe) 1990. I recently needed details of the transaction and dealt with the owner and his right hand person. They recalled the transaction, which was a relatively small one, and knew everyone involved with the purchase. They spent a considerable amount of time with me when they had no financial incentive to do so. Their enthusiasm for boats is obvious. I think they are great and no doubt if I have a need for the purchase of a boat in future, the company would be the first place I would look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased our Beneteau 36.7 with the assistance of Brad Marchant. Due to the COVID-19 situation, we were unable to view the boat prior to purchasing it. Brad, who has extensive experience in the yacht commissioning and service industry, took the time to go through the boat thoroughly via FaceTime so we could see every detail. He is the most professional, helpful, and conscientious broker we've ever dealt with (and there have been quite a few). He is honest, forthright, and took considerable care to ensure the purchase went smoothly, even though we weren't able to see the boat in person until it was delivered to the States. If you have to buy a yacht sight-unseen, Brad is the one to help you! And more generally, Grand Yachts made the process seamless and stress-free. We so appreciate their professionalism and courtesy throughout the process.

Our broker David Rankin was the kindest, most patient and knowledgeable broker that we came across on our 12-month boat-buying journey. Right away we knew he had our best interest at heart, going out of his way on many occasions to book viewings and get extra information to ensure we ended up with the right boat for us.
Needless to say, we now consider David and the Grand Yachts team friends and we have since purchased our 2008 Beneteau Oceanis from them. We will certainly be back when it is time to buy another boat.
If you're looking to buy or sell a boat, we'd highly recommend Grand Yachts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We found our dream sailboat down in Gig Harbor, Washington and needed a local broker to help us with the purchase. I had spoken to many during our boat shopping process but was most impressed with Dave Worland of Grand Yachts. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, his credentials and experience gave us the confidence he was someone we could trust. This was our first sailboat purchase and needed someone that could guide us through the process and ensure everything went smoothly. From the very beginning, Dave was fantastic, he went above and beyond with every aspect of the process. His advice and recommendations were invaluable and he thoughtfully answered the many, many questions that I had.
He made the 3 hour trip stateside for the initial viewing, then the marine survey and sea trial, which was during covid restrictions and no easy task. The office team handled all the paperwork, including a better currency exchange rate than my bank. Once the deal was completed, Dave was essential in helping us with our extreme winter sail back to Canada and find good trades to fix some issues that came up with the survey and provided countless other recommendations that new and experienced yacht owners would appreciate.
I couldn’t imagine going through this process without the dedicated and experienced help from Dave and give my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a broker for their next sale our purchase.
