★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible ice cream. Extremely artificial tasting. The mint chocolate chip flavour had green inc oozing out. Obviously been artificially flavoured and definitely tasted like it too. The cone is truly disgusting too. Prices are outrageous for whats on offer. Nothing remotely Italian about this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice taste, very nice to seat at their tables watching the marina while having the ice cream. The only suggestion I want to point out is that the cups and spoons should be compostable instead of plastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried pistachio, chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut and mango. None of them stood out. There was something with the flavour that's just off. They didn't have the rich flavour as it should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst gelato I.have ever tasted. The pistachio was totally tastless. I asked for a replacement chocolate and it too was totally tastless and gummy. Woman behind the counter argued with me and claimed everone likes it. She wouldn't give me me money back. I just threw the whole serving in the garbage and walked out

7 dollar for a scoop of chocolate which didn't even has good taste. When I asked for the price her son already has put the scoop into the cone and the lady already holdher hand in your direction so you don't go away when you hear the price. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service ever. We used to take my 4 years old son to their shop for ice cream almost every other day. Sometimes me and my friend of husband would have our coffee and pastry there. I am a business owner myself, you are usually nice and considerate to your loyal customers. Quality of ice cream is not that good, and expensive. We were only taking my son because the store was close to his daycare and in a walking distance. These people are super cheap and rude. Let alone adults they are the same with a kid too. I would never go there and give them business. Very disappointing.
